Unfortunately one of our waiters had troubles understanding us (didn’t seem to understand that I wasn’t satisfied with the tatar) and seemed afraid of pouring wine (ended up pouring so slowly that a lot was spilled and ended up being a half glass - asked if it was really a full glass and got 2-3mm extra..). The lamb seemed to have gotten a bit too long sous vide, but the sauce was very nice. The scallops and duck were excellent.
The surroundings and views were astonishing and everyone else tried to give us a good time.
However at that price (four drinks, three glasses of wine, two starters and two mains at a total of 485€) we expected better service and food experience.
If we were to return, we would go for a drink and/or bar seating.
Ristorante di alta qualità nella location straordinaria di Palazzo Papadopoli nel contesto di un hotel di grande pregio. È possibile scegliere tra i menu degustazione e un'ottima carta che privilegia i prodotti locali in una rielaborazione ben ricercata. La carta dei vini è ampia e curata e il servizio e' eccellente.
