01/12/2025: My experience at this restaurant on Sunday was absolutely superb. A day later, I still talk about it with friends and colleagues about the exceptional quality of the food.
🥩 Raw Materials and Excellent Cuisine
This is a niche place, where the passion and respect for the ingredients are evident. The selection of meats is impressive: we're talking about large and refined cuts (Italian, Spanish, Danish, Japanese, German, Polish, etc.) that aren't found everywhere.
The owner, who dedicates himself to the kitchen, is a true master: the meat is cooked with professionalism and mastery, bringing out its flavor exceptionally. We also had the opportunity to try the kangaroo tartare and the zebra steak, both truly delicious. The appetizer platter was also carefully created using the highest-quality ingredients.
For me, a 50-year-old who prioritizes quality over quantity ("the palate over the belly"), this restaurant is a real discovery. Usually, after eating meat, I don't crave it for days, but here I already want to come back.
✨ Impeccable Venue and Service
The place is very cute and well-kept. As soon as you enter, you sense the attention to detail and the respectful atmosphere.
The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The hostess, in particular, is always ready to welcome and entertain guests with warmth and empathy (my daughter loved her!).
💰 Price and Conclusions
The price is absolutely fair for the extremely high quality offered. They aren't the prices of a generic grill restaurant, but then again, neither the meat nor the place are comparable.
Highly recommended for those seeking an excellent culinary experience and wanting to savor top-quality meats. It was our first time, but we'll be back very soon!
