A tea lounge run by a very kind and friendly owner. She selects the tea and herbal tea blends herself, prepares the desserts and aperitifs. Her colorful and positive paintings adorn the walls, along with carefully selected books and tea sets in the cupboards. A very intimate and welcoming place, a must-visit for tea lovers and those seeking a creative atmosphere.

The venue has a very unique feel: a ground-floor apartment transformed into a tea room/chocolate shop. I must admit, the location is truly charming: the furnishings are tastefully chosen, and the atmosphere is intimate and refined, perfect for those seeking a quiet corner away from the chaos of the city. Unfortunately, however, the experience was limited to aesthetics, revealing several shortcomings in terms of service and transparency: * Lack of a price list: The first critical aspect is the lack of a written menu with prices. I believe it's essential for customers to be able to consult the prices before ordering, both for fairness and to avoid surprises at the bill. * Drink temperature: We ordered a hot chocolate and an herbal tea, but both arrived lukewarm. In a specialized establishment, serving temperature is a basic requirement, especially in winter. * Value for money: The final bill was decidedly high, a figure I found neither justified by the service received nor by the temperature of the products served. A hot chocolate with cream costs €8 and a herbal tea €6. In summary: A very beautiful place to look at and with meticulous attention to detail, but it seriously lacks organization and customer service. If you're looking for an "Instagrammable" place, it's for you, but if you're looking for substance and transparency, there's still a lot of work to be done.

I wasn't satisfied, a small apartment transformed into a tea room, nice on the outside but cold, high prices for what you get, a small muffin (good), but 5 euros is absurd. It may be the EUR zone but it doesn't justify it.

Some friends and I were curious to try this charming and welcoming tea room in the heart of EUR, decorated in a unique and striking way. In addition to a varied selection of teas accompanied by a dessert trolley, you can also choose a savory aperitif. We chose the latter. The very kind lady who runs it brought us a lightly alcoholic aperitif made by her, which was truly delicious, accompanied by three plates of small sandwiches, tramezzini, and pizzas. The price is average, absolutely fair for the type of establishment and what's on offer. We'll be back to try the tea and desserts.

A lovely place to spend a relaxing evening in the company of a hot tea and a sweet treat. It's such a beautiful and welcoming place that it feels like home. The owner is incredibly kind and sweet. It feels like a fairytale.
