Arte&Gusto Ristorante In Trescore balneario

My name is Mirko Marchesi, I'm 52 years old, and on Saturday a customer took me to this restaurant for lunch. I asked if it was possible to have carbonara (not on the menu). I'm writing this first-ever review because I found the carbonara perfect in every detail: plating, temperature, and flavor. I was particularly struck by how the different flavors were so delicately expressed.
