I'm giving it 5 stars even though I didn't eat the whole pasticciotto this morning because... I remembered it being good, soft and delicious, but today it was hard and the cream wasn't as good as usual... it can happen, but I hope it's different next time because ARTE BIANCA IS THE TOP AND IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY.

I've had breakfast at this pastry shop several times and have always found the staff friendly and the products high-quality. I also recently purchased a delicious chocolate cake. In my opinion, it's one of the best pastry shops in Salento.

Perfection doesn't exist, it's true, but here the quality is top-notch! We tried the pasticciotto and pasticciottottino for breakfast, both with cream (exquisite). They also have a good selection of savory treats, with stuffed bites and excellent rustichini. What can I say? It's worth a visit again, even if we're just passing through. Social media helps you discover these places, which then need to be verified in person (sometimes, in fact, they're a scam). The title of best pastry chef in Salento is well-deserved. Kudos to the lady at the cash register, who combines kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended.

Too bad about the coffee, which was a little too strong... the pasticciotto??? 6... the cream was good enough, but it was crumbly and slightly off-tan. Not exactly accurate. You can't fool a Salento native... overall, I think it got a little lost... and it's a shame... 2.50 seems a bit too much to me.

Not recommended... if you're on a diet. Every single pasticciotto smiles at you and you go weak. Amarena, figs, pistacchio, whatever, pure temptation. Don't complain, because I warned you. Amen 🙏

The food is simply amazing! And the prices are fair. The ordering and payment process at the counter could be improved. Service outside requires a bit of patience, but once we were noticed, the staff was very friendly.

Agriturismo Il Trappeto

11/12/2025: Great family experience. We went with friends (other families) and had a great time. Excellent service and helpful staff, great location, truly a beautiful place. Well done...I would recommend it.
25/07/2025: This year we decided to spend a week in this area for our summer vacation, and since we'd never been before, we chose this place randomly. It looked good on websites and was close to, but not in, the center of Gallipoli. It was an excellent choice: clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, excellent breakfast, and a clean, air-conditioned property with a large, secure indoor parking lot. Most importantly, it's located in a quiet area where you can sleep soundly. A 5-minute drive will take you to the center of Gallipoli and the area's best beaches. It has an on-site restaurant where you can dine. I highly recommend it and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Le Casine sull'Asso Trattoria

10/03/2026: The atmosphere is sad and gloomy. The food is pleasant, but the service leaves a little to be desired. There are worse things to be seen.
18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.
