Arte Bianca In Parabita

I'm not much of a sweet tooth, but this one made me crave it! The staff is really nice, as is the owner's wife at the cash register, always smiling and professional. The kitchen staff is equally amazing, thanks to pastry chef Roberta! Francesca Roberto and Frankie from Florence

During our stay in Parabita, we tried several pastry shops and various products, and I'd say this is the best. The staff is friendly (which is not a given), the products are quality, and the prices are fair. I especially recommend the dolce pietra, a creation with fantastic balance and local flavors.

Excellent products and wide choice

We've been coming to this place for years, but this year it feels quite different. The service is almost unbearable; to enjoy a simple breakfast, you have to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes. Don’t get me wrong—the pastries are still as delicious as ever. However, the slow service is frustrating, and it's as if they realize we’re not Italian. We never receive water with our coffee, which is a standard in Italy. I've had plenty of time to observe how other customers are treated, and I see everyone getting their water except us. We're staying in Parabita for three weeks this year, and I believe we've given this café enough chances to get it right, but each time, our disappointment just grows. This year, they are also charging additional fees for the service. I'm unsure of how to assess these costs since they vary each time. It’s really disappointing😏

The pasticciotti, available in both the "small" and regular versions, are delicious, and the staff is super friendly and patient! The savory sfogliatelle are out of this world, the quality is top notch. I'm sorry that the classic pasticciotti have less of a lemon flavor than I prefer (they're more vanilla-y), so if you want more flavor, I recommend getting the lemon version. All the flavors were delicious. They also have a vegan croissant (lactose-free). I tried a dessert that looked like a flaky croissant but mixed with pasticciotto dough. In the photo, it's against a dark brown background. I don't remember the name, but it was amazing!

It's always a pleasure to return to enjoy excellent delicacies. A must-visit.

Very narrow place, the quality of the pastry is unquestionable, the coffee maker leaves a little to be desired 😔

I was on holiday in those places in 2009 without realising how lucky we were to find ourselves at home in front of the ARTE BIANCA bar! not only the wonderful breakfasts and aperitifs but above all the family atmosphere created with new and old customers... PASQUALE LUIGI the girls all good and professional and always smiling... The following holidays obviously always there as a reference bar so just a beautiful thought for all of them💫💫💫💫💫

Excellent pastry. Healthy ingredients without additives. Really good dry sweets.
