Sometimes there is a problem with the internet, but otherwise great!

And already the 2nd time I've been back, very nice place, super welcoming, and very clean and welcoming...... super recommended.....

Travelled on business. Needs some updating. Breakfast is abundant and good. Great option to reach Firenze.

Room is spacious with comfortable bed, everything else is pretty basic. it's a pity they don't provide kettle nor cups. The room is thoroughly cleaned every morning, whom I will give five stars to the cleaning crew. The location is convenient. Breakfast were the same every morning. Having stayed here for six days, breakfast become best to avoid. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Art Hotel Muse in Prato for three nights on the occasion of Lucca Comics, and the choice turned out to be excellent! The hotel is in a strategic position, close to the state road and with numerous parking spaces available, perfect for getting around easily. The room was comfortable, well furnished, air conditioned and above all soundproofed, ideal for resting after intense days. In the surrounding area, many pubs and bars for the evening. Small tip for allergy sufferers: a little more care in cleaning some furnishings would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Good structure located on the outskirts of Prato, close to the motorway toll booth and other conveniences for travelers (e.g. McDonald's, Roadhouse and Esselunga). Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, very large rooms equipped with all comforts. I can't comment on the catering part because we only stayed overnight.
