A very good hotel, clean rooms, excellent shower and good breakfast. The location is also good just a short walk to the center. What sets them apart is the service. The reception staff went above and beyond when I misplaced an item on public transport and thanks to them I was able to recover the lost item by the next day. Thank you so much to all the staff for their help.

If there really is something to improve, the bar could be open for longer hours and with a staff member in the evenings as well. It's a shame about the carpet, although it was clean and sanitized. Overall, an excellent experience, especially with the reception and room staff.

Convenient to the highway and central Florence, the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a wider selection of breakfast options. Underground parking is available for an additional fee. Good value.

The room and common areas are filled with beautiful artwork, creating a charming artistic atmosphere. The breakfast selection is limited, but simple and delicious. The dining space is a bit small compared to other large hotels, with fewer seats, but the overall ingredients are quite good. The gym only has one treadmill, one exercise bike, and a few dumbbells; you can register your room number at the front desk to get a key if needed. To buy food or go to the supermarket in the evening, it's about a ten-minute walk. Although McDonald's seems nearby, walking there involves going around the highway, making it a longer route.

I have known this hotel for many years. The welcome and rooms are always perfect. The small inconveniences that occurred this time were promptly resolved by your very kind staff.
