Very convenient hotel, right off the Prato Est exit: perfect for getting around by car and easily reaching both Prato (which is definitely worth a visit) and nearby Florence. The staff is extremely kind and always available. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of a few small flaws: the rooms lack a coffee maker or tea kettle, the mattresses are a bit too firm, and the dishes aren't always refilled during breakfast. I had to ask for the yogurt to run out, which took about a quarter of an hour, and I didn't dare ask for the cured meats to run out—this at 9:00 in the morning. On the other hand, the price is excellent for the category and location. Overall, a good stay and a place I would recommend.

Good location, covered parking reserved for guests only, friendly and helpful staff, and a varied and adequate breakfast. Despite being a four-star hotel, there are a couple of things that don't live up to its rating. First, the shower tray is extremely slippery, and in fact, I seriously risked falling on a couple of occasions. The doors are obviously old, probably from the time they were first opened.

A full five stars... and not like those in parliament. I chose the Art Hotel Museo for its location, and I found so much more: a spacious and truly quiet room, with a convenient walk-in closet that makes the stay tidy and pleasant—exactly the detail that makes all the difference on business trips. The hotel brings art into the experience, and throughout the rooms and common areas, installations and works add character without being intrusive; it's a common thread consistent with the location's vocation and its proximity to the Pecci Center. Breakfast is generous and well-prepared, with attentive and smiling service; it starts the day off right, and it shows. The staff is the kind who solves problems before you even ask, always courteous and quick, and the location is perfect: just minutes from the Prato Est exit of the A11, making travel extremely convenient. Among the perks, in the right months, there's also an outdoor pool that invites you to enjoy an hour's respite. If I had to find a flaw—a minimal one—my room didn't have a balcony; this detail doesn't change the overall rating, especially since some rooms do have one, and in any case, the welcome and atmosphere here really take center stage.

The rooms are super spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. We booked two rooms. The receptionists were incredibly friendly. The only downside is the breakfast. When you book a bed and breakfast, the second thing you expect is an excellent breakfast, and there's a lot of it. Imagine eating a very cold hard-boiled egg straight from the fridge. If the breakfast room opens at 6:30 in the morning, what time does the kitchen have to be open? What time do you turn on the coffee machine? The kettle? The toaster? So, are there any areas where they could improve?

They start cleaning at 6 in the morning and wake you up with the noise. You have to leave your room at 11, go down for breakfast at 9, and you can't come back because they've already started cleaning! I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel comoda da raggiungere, spazi ampi e puliti. Colazione minimale. Ho trovato la stanza freddissima a Luglio, ho dovuto aprire la finestra a Luglio per scaldare un po’ la camera. Per il resto tutto bene
