Art Caffe Cavour In Roma

The couple that owns and runs Art Cavour are friendly, great food, and the restaurant is air conditioned and so comfortable. The food is handmade in the kitchen and very wonderful! Our last meal in Rome was traditional, authentic, and fantastic! Could not have been a more pleasant experience.

Amazing little Italian restaurant! We had the carbonara which was absolutely amazing: flavoursome, hot and fresh! The owner was so lovely and inside was nice and cool.

Finally found it! A great carbonara restaurant! I ate a lot of disappointing pasta in Italy, but this restaurant healed me The two of us ate all the carbonara sauce, so that says it all The owner was so kind, and even though he runs it alone, the food came out quickly I was full on the way out, so I took some tiramisu to go This was also delicious, I recommend it

We stayed a few days on the same street as this place. My wife and I went down one day for breakfast, guided by the good reviews of the place. We ordered two "normal" cappuccinos inside the place (we weren't even on the terrace). When we asked for the bill, the girl told us it was 9 euros. She didn't even give us a receipt. The coffees were very good, but 4.50 each? The morning before, we had the same thing at another nearby cafe, and it was 7. We had planned to go down for lunch or dinner the days we were here, but after this, I don't think we'll go back. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this didn't seem right to me.

Walking through Rome, we came across ART CAVAUR. We were impressed by the small, warm place, which offers a delicious break from the city's magical madness, where we enjoyed exquisite homemade pastas accompanied by a smooth yet intense sauce. I enjoyed the carbonara and lasagna on the evening of June 3rd so much that I visited again for lunch on June 7th, the day I left Rome. I will never forget the taste of the carbonara. And surprisingly, the tiramisu was also delicious. There weren't many people on both occasions, probably because it was a bit far from the Colosseum, but thanks to that, I was able to eat and spend my time leisurely without having to wait. I think this will be the first restaurant that comes to mind when thinking of pasta in Rome.

I was here for the first time and I have to say it was a really nice experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food… just amazing! Everything was fresh and tasty, you can feel that they use quality ingredients. The atmosphere is also very nice – quiet, neat, with nice background music. You can see that they put passion into what they do. I will definitely be back, I really recommend it :D
