Excellent dinner in the center! We are in the main street of the city but the internal room is very quiet and welcoming. Let's try a super platter of delicious cheeses and the spectacular cacio e ova pallotte!! Perfect dinner!

Great, not pretentious and cozy place. I wish we had more of these in Rome!! The only issue was I asked for olives to accompany the drinks and they said the kitchen was already closed (at 22-23).

A cutting board with amazing products and excellent cheese balls. Adequate portions, very kind and friendly staff. I don't like eating on the street but I am absolutely satisfied

La Cartiera del Vetojo Ristorante

20/11/2024: Exceptional wedding ceremony and lunch. The location surrounded by nature is wonderful, especially on sunny days, and the staff is very kind. The mix of natural beauty, traditional cuisine and the historicity of the building is one of a kind. In particular, the manager was of great help, extremely professional in dealing with every organizational (and food) need, with few words, and great practicality.
27/10/2024: Wonderful place, the food didn't excite me, the portions are small, the place is worth it, beautiful and comfortable, the service leaves something to be desired.

02/11/2024: Prima volta in questo locale, personale gentilissimo, cibo molto buono; Antipasti freddi buoni Antipasti caldi buonissimi Trippa Coratella Cotiche e fagioli Fettuccine funghi e tartufo buone Amatriciana molto molto buona Carne sufficiente, salsicce un pochino crude, agnello un po’ crudo dentro ma bruciacchiato fuori e arrosticini buoni, però un po’ tutta la carne senza sale ( meglio che salata ) e problema comune a molte cucine la piastra che da alla carne tutto lo stesso sapore; Proprietari in sala e cameriere/i molto gentili e disponibili; Pranzo un pochino lungo, ma l’importante è rimanere contenti e noi ci siamo rimasti…. Torneremo sicuramente, a prestooo!!!
