We had dinner at this place, discovered by chance while looking for a good place to eat arrosticini in Pescara (we're local), but we wanted to try something new.
It would be pointless to simply compliment it, because we've never eaten so well. The mixed bruschetta was truly exceptional: lard, ventricina, sausage, tomato and basil, capocollo...
We also ate
handmade arrosticini with liver and onion.
I can only say that I didn't take any initial photos because we were so indulging in all that deliciousness.
For dessert, we chose a deconstructed lemon cheesecake and a tiramisu, slightly revisited by them but extremely delicious.
The cheesecake cream was very light, tasty, simple, and impressive!
I highly recommend the place. We'll be back soon, and thank you so much for this wonderful culinary experience.

We finally got to try it... and it was an incredible stroke of luck!
The best arrosticini we've ever eaten, truly exceptional. The cured meats are also of the highest quality, and you can taste that every product is carefully selected: even the olive oil served at the table is among the best I've ever tasted.
We asked for wine recommendations, and they immediately understood our tastes, bringing us two glasses that immediately became our favorites.
Since I'm celiac, I really appreciated their attention: they served me delicious gluten-free bread, drizzled with olive oil, and when my boyfriend ordered the tiramisu, even though it wasn't designed for gluten-free, they found a way to let me enjoy the mascarpone cream anyway. A truly rare delicacy.
And the fact that it's family-run is what makes this place unique. We chatted all evening with Mirko, the head waiter, who recommended everything to us with impeccable professionalism and kindness. His parents, wonderful people, sat down with us and made us feel right at home. In the kitchen, their youngest son, just 25, works magic: his reimagined tiramisu left us speechless.

I've been coming here for years and can say the food is always excellent. The place is beautiful and very well-kept, with quick and efficient service. The ventricina arrosticini are also excellent—a wonderful discovery ;)

Every time I return to Pescara, it's a must! Top-notch product quality, kindness, and the utmost level of hospitality. I love the meat arrosticini, but the liver ones... pure love. Well done, well done, well done!
