To finish, with Giamberlano's panettone, the velvety persuasiveness of pure pedro ximénez from the Bodegas Xímenez-Spínola, grapes dried in the sun for 21 days, without fortification to preserve freshness and fully enjoy the childish pleasure of its sweet flow along the palate. In reverse order the extraordinary Pignol 2004, from 19 years of barrels, Pignol 2010, from 13 years of barrels, the muscular Schioppettino 2018, the Burgundy echoes of the Pinot Noir 2018, the very particular charm of the Rosantico 2016. Excellent wines, spectacular themed lunches

Non potendo dare 4.5 mi gioco un 5 stelle. Non sono un esperto di vini e quindi , quando ne ho bisogno, mi affido all'esperienza di Eugenio, il titolare. Il locale prevede diverse tipologie di degustazione. La location è bella ma inserita in un contesto residenziale un po' anonimo.
