Ogni volta che andiamo a Roma ….. Aroma è una tappa fondamentale del nostro soggiorno, più del Colosseo .. più della fontana di trevi … più di piazza di Spagna… questi monumenti rimangono uguali , Aroma è un monumento della cucina italiana che grazie allo chef è in continua evoluzione e che con la professionalità e cortesia della titolare in sala offrono un’esperienza indimenticabile.

We came here attracted by the cod-based menu.
We had two first courses, Genoese linguine with cod and paccheri with cod, cherry tomatoes, caper powder and horseradish chips, and a second course, cod cooked at low temperature with escarole.
The first courses were good and rich in cod, but the paccheri were a little greasy. The cod cooked at an average low temperature, perhaps slightly salty and a little covered by the escarole.
Overall we ate quite well, average, but we expected something more.
The prices are proportionate to the portions and the quantity of fish present in the dishes (as I said, even in the first courses the cod was present in adequate quantities).
I would add that it is possible to try a dessert with cod.

A stone's throw from Ponte Milvio: excellent food, very welcoming owners. I enjoyed excellent fettuccine with broad beans, pecorino and sliced scampi, other diners had fettuccine with pecorino, calamari and fried artichokes. Very tender fillet. The starters and desserts are also excellent. 😋

I was just walking down the street from my Airbnb and thought I would get a quick bite in the evening and Wow was I surprised!! the menu was amazing, the pasta, the best I ever had, the chocolate dessert with balsamic vinegar was to die for, and the staff, ambience, food, everything was amazing! I definitely recommend this to anyone. I left feeling so good….

Osteria just outside the center of Ponte Milvio in a quiet area.
Very friendly staff and owners, good cod foil (specialized in cooking cod) and excellent first courses.
Prices average for the area.
Nice find.
5 stars also and above all for their friendliness and hospitality.

Il locale si trova poco distante da Ponte Milvio, in una strada meno affollata dal passeggio.
L'interno è arredato in modo semplice ma raffinato e c'è anche un grande patio coperto che non abbiamo sfruttato causa pioggia.
Il menù incuriosisce con offerte di mare e terra, tra cose classiche e proposte innovative. Piatto migliore: il baccalà alla pechinese, laccato con salsa agrodolce miele e arance.
