A great hotel to stay.
We came for the valentine's day and it was stunning, a beautiful hotel, modern, clean, with great maintenance. We liked it a lot and will definitely come back here, even that it is a little far from the center of Rome.

Stay for the 3 days
Everything is nice regarding the hotel generally and the room
Order a transfer from Piazza San Marco, wait for it 30 min on a cold wind, right on the point that is on the map in a reception (attach of the photo)
Nobody calls or text me, no answer on a WhatsApp that hotel provides (for what is to organise WhatsApp service if nobody answer on it)
Finally, after fully freezes to wait a transfer(February) takes a taxi to the hotel
On the reception they only say “sorry, I think you stay at a wrong point”

Wonderful hotel, great service, the dinner at the buffet in the restaurant is amazing with so many choices with different cuisine. Amazing to see so many environment frendly initiative in this hotel.

We spent 4 hours at the spa and we had a good time even though upon our arrival we had asked if we could have lunch in addition to the spa entrance and we were told that there was no room and we could use the bar. Once we had spent our hours at the spa in an excellent way, we went to the bar and discovered that the bar and the restaurant were the same place. We sought clarification with Letizia, the restaurant waitress, who after seating us tried to understand why the lady at the spa had told us that there was no room for lunch. After getting our answer I must say that the waitress Letizia and the restaurant manager pampered us and made us feel at home. Thank you

a guarantee, I have been a customer since 2019 and despite living in Rome I go to this hotel for dinner at a restaurant from the world or to use the spa and sometimes stay overnight during events. The price is in line with the quality and service offered. Everything impeccable.

With my partner, after carrying out various evaluations, we decided to spend the New Year's Eve party on December 31st at this fantastic facility and I must say that the choice was a good one.
The location is wonderful and the food is all truly delicious. The service was also excellent, the waiters were very kind. The evening was very pleasant also because after midnight we attended a truly exciting live music concert!
The musicians were very good and we liked the singer a lot too.
We will definitely reconsider going back there next year! Thanks again.

I loved this hotel. It is far from the center. Room 22 d. It keeps you away from the noise of the city. In short, I loved it.
