Aroma Hidron Restaurant In Campi bisenzio

I visited Hidron to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They are now teenagers. I didn't need the entertainers. I had a great time, apart from the mix-up with the green water due to I don't know what 😅

The staff is young and friendly. The pools are clear, but unfortunately, they get ruined by customers. Overall, it's excellent.

There's no denying that it's a large and spacious facility with lots of activities to do...but the prices are too high and the toilets (I'm talking about the outside ones)...a disgrace, dirty and without even a bit of soap to wash your hands.

I went today, and I have to say the bathrooms are really dirty, full of cobwebs and spiders. There are so many workers, but no one cleans. Everything else is normal, except the water, which has too much chlorine.

We booked a daily package for two Family Homes to use during the week. They were kind and helpful. I'd like to thank Giulia, the sales manager, Elisa, another sales representative, and Chiara from Bodytec for welcoming us and making this possible. I recommend everyone to sign up for any type of membership at this facility.

The facility is located in an urban area just outside Campi Bisenzio, easily accessible and with ample parking! The interior is elegant and aesthetically pleasing, the pool is surrounded by trees that grow all around, and the umbrellas are well-placed! It has a toddler pool, allowing even those with small children to cool off without worrying too much. Now for the downsides: the lawn is poorly maintained and dry in some areas, making it impossible to walk barefoot. Furthermore, it's always cluttered with cigarette butts, can pull tabs, fruit seeds, and I've even found rusty screws. And finally, the outdoor bathrooms are dirty and smelly. The reception staff are always tidy and polite, but it's a shame the same can't be said for one of the sales staff, who I was directed to for some information. She greeted me with condescension and rudeness, treating me as if I were doing her a disservice by bringing in revenue that ends up in her pocket. I'll conclude by saying: they don't answer any phone numbers and they don't respond to emails. Let's just say the great fortune of this place is the location itself, with no competitors nearby; otherwise, I wouldn't bet on them! Considering the admission prices, they should offer a much better service! IMPORTANT!! I'm addressing the parents who hand their children over to the staff: The children are dying of heat under the tents next to the bathrooms (which also make them smell the unbearable odor coming from there), and the teachers point an amplifier at them at a very high, particularly annoying volume! It's needless to emphasize the fragility of these little creatures' hearing systems! If she were my daughter, I would NEVER send her there! Management is at the limit of tolerable!

My kids had a great time especially on the slides and in the pools. The water was warm. I would recommend Hidron to everyone.

It's both fun and relaxing, obviously you have to follow the rules and do what the lifeguards say, otherwise you can get hurt, it's an experience that, for those who haven't tried it yet, you have to try it immediately!!!

We had a lovely Sunday, the buffet lunch was exquisite, the bar staff were very attentive and very courteous. I recommend it to anyone who has children, because they have so much fun.
