Aroma Hidron Restaurant In Campi bisenzio

We booked a daily package for two Family Homes to use during the week. They were kind and helpful. I'd like to thank Giulia, the sales manager, Elisa, another sales representative, and Chiara from Bodytec for welcoming us and making this possible. I recommend everyone to sign up for any type of membership at this facility.

The facility is located in an urban area just outside Campi Bisenzio, easily accessible and with ample parking! The interior is elegant and aesthetically pleasing, the pool is surrounded by trees that grow all around, and the umbrellas are well-placed! It has a toddler pool, allowing even those with small children to cool off without worrying too much. Now for the downsides: the lawn is poorly maintained and dry in some areas, making it impossible to walk barefoot. Furthermore, it's always cluttered with cigarette butts, can pull tabs, fruit seeds, and I've even found rusty screws. And finally, the outdoor bathrooms are dirty and smelly. The reception staff are always tidy and polite, but it's a shame the same can't be said for one of the sales staff, who I was directed to for some information. She greeted me with condescension and rudeness, treating me as if I were doing her a disservice by bringing in revenue that ends up in her pocket. I'll conclude by saying: they don't answer any phone numbers and they don't respond to emails. Let's just say the great fortune of this place is the location itself, with no competitors nearby; otherwise, I wouldn't bet on them! Considering the admission prices, they should offer a much better service! IMPORTANT!! I'm addressing the parents who hand their children over to the staff: The children are dying of heat under the tents next to the bathrooms (which also make them smell the unbearable odor coming from there), and the teachers point an amplifier at them at a very high, particularly annoying volume! It's needless to emphasize the fragility of these little creatures' hearing systems! If she were my daughter, I would NEVER send her there! Management is at the limit of tolerable!

My kids had a great time especially on the slides and in the pools. The water was warm. I would recommend Hidron to everyone.

It's both fun and relaxing, obviously you have to follow the rules and do what the lifeguards say, otherwise you can get hurt, it's an experience that, for those who haven't tried it yet, you have to try it immediately!!!

We had a lovely Sunday, the buffet lunch was exquisite, the bar staff were very attentive and very courteous. I recommend it to anyone who has children, because they have so much fun.

Birthday of 8 year old twins and another friend...total 32 children to manage!! We were delighted with the availability of all the staff, always smiling, attentive and ready to satisfy the various requests. We did the Exclusive package and also had an aperitif for the parents which in the end was much appreciated. I had attended other birthday parties at the Hidron on other occasions and had always had a good time. This time, when my twins were the ones celebrating, I was able to see first-hand that the staff and Monica who coordinates everything are a real strong point and a valid reason for choosing Hidron to celebrate the birthday! But then do we want to talk about the fact that the children are left to the staff who keep them entertained, then help them with showering and drying themselves, then they give them a snack and take care of everything?? The other little girl had chosen the donut cake and no one knows why she didn't get the donut. The boys did everything they could to find her a donut... which wasn't there... and also the flavor she liked best! Huge problem (for those who have children know how painful something like this is) but solved with great availability! Thank you so much for everything..Unfortunately nowadays this is not a given.

On Sunday we spent my son's birthday at the hydron, among slides, inflatables and whirlpools!!! The children were very happy, they told me it was the best birthday of their lives. The parents relaxed, having a plentiful and delicious aperitif, they all gave us lots of compliments, while the entertainment team took care of our children. The entertainment was impeccable, very attentive in the water, they followed the children step by step, even in the changing rooms, up until the snack and cutting of the cake. What can I say, a wonderful birthday, in a wonderful place!!! I would like to thank Monica very much, who is responsible for the birthdays, sweet, kind, attentive and professional, who helped and supported us in all our needs. Thank you

I went to this establishment to bring my son who was a birthday guest, the staff seemed very kind, the room where we celebrated his birthday was adequate, the quality of the food was of a low standard. I can't rate the quality of the pool and gym changing rooms, but my son had fun.

The three stars are for the private room service for birthday parties, 5 stars for drinks and snacks for adults and children and 5 for the entertainers who followed the children in the water, but 1 star for the organization service (so as not to give zero). Being told to absolutely come at a certain time and not finding the place ready and a reprimand from the customer service manager for having gone to the room intended for me anyway is unacceptable to say the least. Among other things, no one had warned during the booking phase that we would have to stand and wait in the hall and that the room would only be prepared after our arrival and after having paid the bill (BEFORE HAVING EVEN USED THE SERVICE!!!). For the rest the party went well, so at least 3 stars are deserved, however it's not done that way, you risk making someone really angry!
