A real insider tip! The pizzas are huge – bigger than your plate – and one calzone is easily enough for two people. The value for money is also impressive: pizzas range from 9 to 13 euros, pasta dishes from 7 to 9 euros. We've been there twice already and have been very pleasantly surprised each time. The location, right next to a small river and on the shady side, makes sitting there in the evening particularly idyllic and pleasant. On our first visit, we had a large bottle of water, a large bottle of Lambrusco, a pizza each, and two limoncellos to finish – we paid about 50 euros in total. The second time, we ordered a salad, two pasta dishes, a large bottle of water, a Fanta, and another large bottle of Lambrusco – and paid around 42 euros. The food was truly delicious, and we would go back anytime – even a third time! The service was also extremely friendly and attentive.

You'll have to wait a bit, but you'll be rewarded with a lot of excellent food. The waiter deserves high praise, considering the workload. Unfortunately, from a customer perspective, the service is a bit lacking. Highly recommended restaurant in Malcesine!

A visit to Aril was once again a must during our time at Lake Garda! While we're here, we have to try the famous calzone at least once. One calzone is easily enough for two and tastes absolutely delicious. The value for money is phenomenal. It's best to arrive a little early, otherwise you'll probably have to wait a bit for a table, but it's always pretty quick.

For me, the best pizzas by the lake. Simply amazing. Fast and friendly service. Sitting right by the lake is fantastic...the sound of the waves is fantastic.

This is Italy, this is pizza. Fantastico!!! Take a little time and wait, it's worth it. And by the way, the price is unbeatable: 2 pizzas 1 liter of wine and water for €32. Simply fantastic 👍
