We stayed at this hotel on an educational trip. The rooms nothing to say, at least ours was very spacious. We can say that they are discreet The hotel in general is very nice, especially the reception and the restaurant. Too bad about the service, which turned out to be a bit bad. Excellent hotel located in the center of Syracuse not far from Ortigia, where you can admire the ancient theater, see Greek tragedies and more. Hotel that has constantly improved, excellent cuisine and location. Quality and courtesy. I have to go back with mom and my little girl.👍

Good hotel, no particular PB, good breakfast. Always the problems of the rooms which are just in terms of cleanliness and bathroom limit.

Too bad to have to pay €8 per day for parking for a palace

Voor een nachtje Syracusa is dit hotel te overleven omdat je het grootste deel van de dag buiten doorbrengt. Het hotel is behoorlijk verouderd en dat merkten we in onze driepersoonskamer aan de kamerdeur, de vloer die golft en de airco die weinig verkoeling geeft. De bedden zijn wel prima en de douche is goed! Let op dat parkeren voor het hotel werkelijk dramatisch is; op het miniterrein voor de hoteldeur word je niet toegelaten. Ontbijt is prima!

Stayed here for a night as part of a tour. Food was pretty good. Rooms very dated - ours was comfortable enough but some others on the tour had a worse experience by the sound of it, so we might have been the lucky ones. But aside from the impressive lobby the decor could generally do with an update.

Albergo è collocato in una zona facile da raggiungere tutto a piedi Santuario della Madonna delle lacrime, teatro greco e anche Ortigia. Lho trovato molto comodo. Vicino farmacie negozi di abbigliamento e scarpe. E a pochi passi un supermercato. Ci sono i bar. Il posteggio interno c'è ma è piccolo quindi non è garantito. Per quanto riguarda la camera pulita bagno pulito con rubinetteria nuova (il mio era con vasca) Per quanto riguarda la colazione un po' scarsa in quando i cornetti erano piccoli e solo alla crema o vuoti. Come yogurt solo 2gusti. E come colazione salata poco. Per caffè o cappuccino c'era distribuitore. Se volevi l'espresso dovevi chiederlo il cameriere non si avvicinava di sua spontanea volontà a dire cosa desideravamo. Alla receptionist personale cordiale e disponibile Unica pecca per mio soggiorno é che la signora delle pulizie già alle 9.30 veniva a bussare alla porta una cosa che mi ha dato molto molto fastidio in camera non ho trovato il talloncino da mettere fuori la porta non disturbare o ecc. C'è una tv funzionante e un mini bar contenente solo acqua frizzante e naturale.
