Hotel well located in relation to the attractions that Syracuse offers. Structure that is a few decades old but partially recovered. Very kind and friendly staff, good breakfast included Room with double bed for single use of the right size, equipped with mini fridge and air conditioning. Hotel equipped with parking spaces (limited number) but located in an area (Corso Gelone) with only a partial blue zone (the structure is also surrounded by white zones) Overall satisfied with the stay. If you want to find quality, courtesy, kindness, education, you have to go to Aretusa Palace Hotel Joli. Fantastic staff, very polite and full of human values, ready to fulfill customer requests. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the girl on duty at around 6.45pm when I arrived, I hope she has some gratification. Endlessly recommended 🤗🤗

It needs a general renovation: many rooms have furniture and carpet from the period in which it was inaugurated. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Although I have been told that renovations have begun on some floors, I was not so lucky.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, we were pleasantly surprised given that we had read many negative reviews, on the contrary this hotel turned out to be a little pearl. Excellent rooms and service, absolutely helpful staff, in particular Marco and Paolo who made us feel the warm spirit of the south.
