The store is great, the selection is huge! Prices are very reasonable and very harmoniously correlated with the quality of the goods offered. But in my practice, a very unpleasant and depressing incident took place: my wife and three children and I carefully selected products at IKEA for more than two hours. When we approached the checkout area, my wife suggested we go to the discounted goods department, which is located in close proximity to the checkout area (on the left side). In order not to carry bags with previously selected goods, we decided to leave them in the pre-checkout area, but after 15 minutes, returning to the place where the bags were left, we did not find the bags. We contacted the girl administrator, who said that the bags were most likely sorted by the employee who is responsible for the abandoned (unpurchased) goods. My arguments regarding the fact that it is at least strange that goods left in bags for 15 minutes are uncompromisingly taken away and sorted out were not heard - the answer was something like: our rules are the same, period. Afterwards, the administrator took us to the goods sorting room, where my family and I spent about another 15-20 minutes of time, from the threshold of the room (they were not allowed to enter the room itself), from different carts with goods sorted by product groups, pointing at them remotely, again collect everything that more than two pieces of equipment, as I wrote earlier, the whole family had previously chosen in the store. The shop is located in a strategic area of ​​Pisa in the city of Livorno, nearby there are several other shops so you can spend an entire day without having to make too many trips by car. Easy parking in front of the Ikea, with several spaces available.

IKEA still remains unbeatable in terms of quality, price and design of household items. The only negative point in my opinion is that the prices at the Swedish shop where I bought salmon and frozen products have increased. For the rest, when I'm with you, having lunch at the bistro, having breakfast or using the restaurant is still a pleasant experience. A small suggestion? Some targeted offers or vouchers linked to your Ikea family card would be appreciated every now and then, or the possibility of converting the accumulated points into a discount at the checkout.

Furthermore, after being contacted by customer service following this review, I discovered that IKEA actually provides the screws for free, which no one had told me, and instead I got them on a fake IKEA site, with completely similar graphics. and copied from the original site, who knows if they will ever send me anything!!! The place is easily reachable from the Aurelia road and is also close to the Fipili highway junction and has a large car park that I have never seen full. Internal restaurant and very helpful staff.
