Impressive, huge, I even got lost, but I didn't even realize it since each space was beautifully decorated and I had my first experience looking for the item on the shelf and paying at the self-checkout. It's worth coming back.

I would like to thank the very good and well-prepared person connected who sold us some products this morning thanks to her help, I think her name is Francesca, the department in front of the cash registers

There's no staff left; the few that are there are kind and do their best (thanks to a short, curly-haired girl who went out of her way to help us), but it seems there are no more sales assistants in the departments. The cash registers, both at the bar and downstairs, are also in bad shape; one register is open and the rest is done by yourself. It's a shame it's slow and cumbersome, often due to customer inexperience (more than normal). Prices have gone up, but it's always worth it.

I'd like to thank Eleonora, Marina, and Elena for their kindness and courtesy. They were always ready to find solutions to help their customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The store is always well stocked and has lots of new items. In particular, in the bargain corner you can always find something on sale, maybe end of series. Then at IKEA you can't help but be satisfied, you always find something and buy it!

I always go to Ikea Pisa, it's now a fixed stop even if I have to drive an hour, it's always worth it, I really appreciate the competence, education, kindness and helpfulness of the staff, there isn't a single person who works there who isn't worthy of a positive review.. A flaw??? Every time I go I die of heat, I don't know how customers or staff survive in the summer with the air conditioners kept almost off.. Although knowing this, every time I go dressed as lightly as I can, I still come out of there in a puddle of sweat, for this reason I often don't enjoy the time inside and I always try to leave quickly.. This is the only problem that rows against a place that would be excellent.. Please save employees and customers from this heat. Thank you very much.

Due to lack of staff, waiting times for returns are long.

The environment is a bit chaotic, during peak hours the livability of the departments is quite complicated, but it is still an essential stop if you want to furnish your home while spending the right amount.
