As always, IKEA is fantastic, just like home!
I recommend improving the checkout staff, as they should be helpful. Some of them are very arrogant, and in my opinion, they shouldn't be there... they ruin your day. (I recommend it.)

Four stars, not five, because assembling
the terrible Hyllis,
the outdoor metal shelf was a horrible experience. Holes didn't line up, poor-quality screws stripped, and were difficult to tighten even with top-brand screwdrivers. It requires physical strength, determination, a fair amount of swearing, and significantly more manual dexterity than assembling other furniture.

I always go to the Pisa branch. I don't mind the material.
I spend an afternoon there. It's nice to have coffee or breakfast, but never like yesterday had I encountered such a rude and impolite sales assistant. I had the best intentions not to leave. I needed it, but some people, if they get nervous in the morning, should know that everyone works and problems are left at home, especially if they're employees. You have to show kindness to keep people coming back. I don't judge IKEA and I'll continue to come, but if I see her again at the counter, I'll change my position. Rude.

The store is average. The quality of the furniture has deteriorated over the years. The bistro at the checkout isn't up to par for the quality of the food. The checkout staff are friendly.

For me, this is definitely the best Ikea store in Tuscany, with neatly arranged products, thoughtfully designed spaces, and, above all, well-organized restrooms.
Before the checkout, we also find the bargain corner, and after that, the Swedish corner.
Anyway, as always, long live Ikea.

Hopefully you never need assistance. They're arrogant, and if you have any problems, the phone wait times are biblical, and it's impossible to contact the store directly. As long as you pick up the furniture and assemble it yourself, fine, but don't book the assembly service you paid for in advance and then turned down at the last minute! Shameful! Plus, the quality isn't what it used to be, and the prices are high. Let's not even mention the design service; they're lazy, and I basically had to do everything myself. I prefer traditional furniture stores, never again going to Ikea.

Beautiful, spacious place, wheelchair accessible, and with knowledgeable staff!
Also be careful with those with neurological disabilities!
It's always a pleasure to wander around there, and with the Ikea Family card, coffee is free!

Location near the airport, you can take line 15 from Pisa Stazione to IKEA. It's a van and you have to flag them down to get on the van. The bus stop for line 15 is same as line 3+ and 5. We missed the first van because it went too quickly without even coming into the bus lane so we had to wait 20 minutes more.
