The cashier was very friendly, but the staff at the counter were disorganized. The cappuccino wasn't very good, and could be improved. The bathrooms were clean and large.

24/11/2025: The piadina is always excellent. I travel a lot for work and have eaten at various La Piadineria restaurants, and I've always had a great experience. The piadina is also excellent at this shop. The service is friendly, and I can't fault it. Plenty of parking available outside. Recommended.
