I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, which my wife introduced me to. Located just outside the ring road in the Trigoria area, it's a little gem worth a visit for its excellent food and the owner's warm welcome. The place is very discreet, fresh, and beautiful, with a thoughtful interior inspired by nature. The food is excellent and plentiful, cooked without too much seasoning to bring out the flavor. The service is courteous and attentive, and the waiter is quick and attentive, willing to top up part of the cover charge. A special highlight: the steak, cooked perfectly, was not the usual, very small portion, but a lovely, succulent slice that was satisfying. I'll definitely be back, but in the meantime, my compliments to the owner and warmest regards.
