Quiet and nice restaurant, with few seats. We ate very well! Too bad a table of Apulians stole our waiter who couldn't even take our order! But obviously it wasn't his fault since he was the only waiter in the place and we left him a small tip, even if I hope those who stressed him for every little thing also left one 🙏🏻

Well-furnished restaurant on the outskirts of Rome with smiling and friendly staff. Varied menu of meat, fish and pizza. The lamb and amatriciana are excellent.

Veramente il Top, tutto spettacolare dal servizio alla cucina delicatissima e una pizza veramente ottima. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Complimenti a tutti lo staff "Arco Bistrò".

Posto carino come location e buono sia per la pizza che per i piatti sia a base di carne che di pesce. La pizza può essere sia napoletana (con cornicione e un po' più pastosa) che romana (sottile e scrocchiarella) con condimento basici ma anche innovativi. Io ho preso una gricia molto buona ma anche chi ha preso la pizza è rimasto molto contento in specie chi ha optato per la base alla romana. Anche i dolci sono stati in genere molto graditi. Aspetto non trascurabile: si parcheggia.

The flavors follow the varieties of the period so they are not all found from May to October... but more than rightly they alternate based on the month and the availability of raw materials, always of the highest quality.

23/05/2025: Mi piace spesso andare a fare un aperitivo con gli amici, ma devo ammettere che nutro poche speranze di trovare bevande e cibo di qualità,diciamo che si tratta più una scusa per stare insieme che per mangiare. Con la cannoleria siciliana , invece abbiamo riscontrato una qualità di cibo elevata, una simpatia e gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e professionale. Cannoli fatti al momento, tutto con un'armonia che rende piacevole la serata.complimenti,continuate così
