The experience was decidedly positive, though not exceptional. 🍔 The Ordering and Service System The system is efficient: you register and order directly at the cashier, then the staff brings your sandwich directly to your table. A nice plus is the adjacent dining room, although it doesn't offer enough space at the corner tables. 🍟 Food: I tried the "Chianina Onion" sandwich and it was very good. I must admit, however, that while it was an excellent sandwich, it didn't leave me with that "wow" feeling I'd expect. The meat was excellent, but the fries, unfortunately, were the sore point: nothing exceptional, average, and they didn't add much value to the meal. 🧾 Prices and Menu Clarity Sandwiches: The prices are overall affordable, a big plus. Chianina: I found the menu lacking clarity regarding sandwiches with Chianina beef. There appears to be a single price listed (probably for the "Chianina Burger"), and it's unclear whether this applies to all options or whether there are additional, unspecified costs for sandwiches like the "Chianina Onion." Beers: Beer prices are slightly high, perhaps about €0.50 more than usual. There's no arguing about the sandwich, the meat, and the chips, but when you order 6 sandwiches and 3 portions of chips, it's unthinkable to include only 4 sachets of sauces, 2 of ketchup, and 2 of mayonnaise. When 6 diners love sauces and find themselves sharing 4 between them, it's a real shame. The icing on the cake was missing... what a shame.

They let me go into the store while it was preparing to open and let me wait! I had the onion burger and bacon burger, which were generous in size and delicious. I liked the onion burger better, and neither burger had cheese in it..!! The location is perfect, with 120 minutes of free parking nearby.

A kiosk in a small square just outside the city walls, very simple but with exceptional quality. Almost like a fast food restaurant: first you order and pay, then you're escorted to your table, and finally they deliver your order on trays and kiosk-style dishes. Everything is delicious, with the quality of a gourmet burger/sandwich shop, as many places claim, without boasting about either the food or the prices. We went twice in 10 days and will be back next year. Reservations are not possible. Recommended.
