We were totally won over by this wonderful restaurant!! After dozens of restaurants over the years in Italy, I think I can say that this one is one of the best, both in terms of the quality of our dishes (simply excellently executed) and also the very warm service. A must do!

It is a must to stop and eat at the Archivio del Gusto when you go to Siena, you eat very well, and the environment is very welcoming and the staff very kind.

We went to this place for dinner and found everything excellent, from the efficient, attentive and friendly staff to the impeccable dishes, where the quality of the products reigns supreme. With great pleasure we will return soon. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, we were so happy with our lunch here. There was so much to chose from on the menu and every dish we ordered was of quality and to such a high standard. We started outside, but they kindly moved us inside when the rain started. The waiters and owners were extremely friendly. We noticed that the chefs took such pride in the food presentation. Highly recommend after if you are looking for a great place to lunch in the middle of town. :)

I was in this restaurant for lunch and it was quite full but the dining room staff was very welcoming and attentive to customer needs. Especially the sommelier who was able to recommend an excellent wine with what we ordered. We had some excellent Paccheri with Lobster and some very fresh tuna tataki. I highly recommend it to everyone! 5 stars!

L’unico vero ristorante di pesce a Siena centro! Se volete mangiare pesce fresco, polpo, spaghetti con vongole e bottarga, salmone e tanti altri piatti deliziosi, vi consiglio senza dubbio l’archivio del gusto! Ritorno sempre con piacere da questa famiglia, alla prossima!
