I had the pleasure of dining in a truly special restaurant in the heart of Otranto, an experience that exceeded all expectations. The venue is a true jewel, characterized by an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly in line with the beauty of the surrounding context. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the service. The waiter Mattia who followed us throughout the evening was impeccable: professional, courteous and always available to satisfy our every request with a sincere smile. He was able to best advise us on dishes and wines, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu and local products. The cuisine was simply exceptional. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with almost artistic care. The combination of tradition and innovation has managed to create a culinary experience that I will not easily forget. From first courses to desserts, everything was perfect. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Otranto and wants to experience an evening of good food and high-class service. A place where taste and elegance meet to create an unforgettable experience.

Coming back to you is always the right choice! The restaurant room is located in a well-kept garden in the historic center of Otranto where you can dine in peace while tasting balanced dishes, carefully presented and served with care. To welcome you in the room, in addition to Valentina and Mattia (the nicest waiter there is), young guys who are polite, smiling and available in satisfying customer requests who will be able to explain and advise you on the menu proposals enriched by some dishes from the day which vary based on the availability of the catch. Chef Sirio and his team offer a menu that enhances and enhances the authentic taste of top quality ingredients, trying to enhance some products and dishes of typical Apulian cuisine. I returned for dinner a few days ago with friends and we tasted several courses, including prawn crudités, cuttlefish salad and caramelized octopus on brown bread chips, goat cheese mousse, edible flowers (super recommended). Also noteworthy is the cod with black chickpeas, sautéed broccoli, chilli pepper fillets, tomatoes. I will definitely come back because you are synonymous with quality and you know how to make the customer feel at home by offering them the right attention.

Quality meal in a beautiful location. The servers are fantastic!! Prices more expensive than other restaurants but the quality is there. I recommend!

Very good calamarata and burnt wheat orecchiette. We had dinner outside and the staff was very kind and quick.

Welcoming environment, efficient service, histrionic, knowledgeable and friendly waitress manager. Interesting menu although, considering the prices, the dishes should have been a little more abundant. Overall it was still a good experience.

Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa splendida struttura nel cuore del centro storico di Otranto. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto il direttore di sala Mattia con gentilezza e professionalità, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Dopo averci guidato nella scelta del menù e consigliato sull’ abbinamento del vino è iniziata la nostra esperienza. Abbiamo scelto di partire con degli ottimi antipasti curati sia nella presentazione che nell’ accostamento dei sapori, accompagnati da un fuori menù, una tartare di ricciola locale freschissima. Poi a seguire due primi cucinati a regola d’arte, e per finire un ottimo tiramisù della casa. Serata fantastica, location elegante e raffinata, servizio veloce e curato nei dettagli, buon cibo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire locale consigliatissimo, complimenti torneremo sicuramente.

Ce qui attire tout d'abord, c'est l'emplacement dans une rue très calme. Choisissez les tables qui donnent sur la terrasse supérieure à l'ombre et savourez l'instant. D'autres restaurants affichaient les mêmes prix mais dans une ambiance bruyante. Nous n'avons donc pas hésité. Une fois la table choisie, nous avons été pris en charge par l'inoubliable Mattia, le jovial serveur à la voix de baryton (une attraction à lui tout seul). Le repas fut un délice avec les Calamarata aux langoustines, le Fusillone au thon cuit et cru et autres Spaghetti carrés aux palourdes et seiche. Ce fut notre meilleur repas du séjour dans les Pouilles. Excellente adresse.
