If you want to feel like a wealthy aristocrat — and spend only €80 to do it — this is your place. I had the Pescatrice lardellata (monkfish wrapped in citrus lardo from Gargano, with Jerusalem artichoke and honeyed figs). Rich, sweet, citrusy — absolutely refined. Elegant atmosphere, top-notch service, everything serious and upscale. Highly recommended!

A beautiful terrace. We were greeted by an unusual server who took the time to explain everything with great humor, which was very pleasant. The dishes are very good, especially the whole sea bass prepared in front of you. It deserves its 5 stars!

Perhaps the best restaurant in Puglia, Italy, since the beginning of my stay: incredible service (some of the waiters even speak French), very refined and varied dishes (there is something for everyone) and a magnificent setting. It's worth the detour and the price!

Excellent address! Away from the touristy addresses and the tourist hubbub! Delicious cuisine, especially the 750g fish to share, cooked like grandma!! It melts in your mouth! Impeccable service. The dedicated, friendly, and multilingual service team is a positive feature. They offer a romantic experience in the raised garden adjacent to the restaurant. The menu and wine list are expertly selected. The protective awning, the centrally located old tree, the color-coordinated table settings, and the garden niches allow for a wonderful, high-quality meal in a tranquil atmosphere.

31/05/2025: As always in Italy, we were looking for a restaurant that serves dinner relatively early. After a long search, we stumbled upon this small but exquisite osteria. It was definitely worth it, as we were warmly greeted at the door by the owner himself, who seems to have found his passion in his restaurant. The food was outstanding, and he gave us good advice. It tasted so good, and we were so satisfied with everything, that we returned the next day. We can recommend this osteria with a clear conscience 👍👍👍 and wish you bon appetit 😋

Le Quattro Spezierie

24/06/2025: A real discovery! This bistro in the center of Lecce is a real gem: welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and, above all, dishes that are surprising in quality and originality. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest details, with very fresh ingredients and creative but balanced combinations. You can feel the chef's passion in every bite. From appetizer to dessert, everything was simply perfect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for cuisine that knows how to excite. Congratulations to all the staff!
24/06/2025: Every dish was a discovery: balanced flavors, quality ingredients and impeccable aesthetics. You can clearly feel the passion that the chef puts into each course, both in taste and presentation. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and competent. You can see the care and love that all the staff puts into their work, creating an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for high-level cuisine in an authentic and welcoming context. I will definitely be back!
