The food was excellent; we had eight courses, and the portions were perfect. The service was exceptional, and the process was perfectly planned. The open kitchen was impressive; it was like a show. Accordingly, the price was ultimately quite high.

A well-deserved review for one of the most beautiful places in Piedmont.
We had a family dinner for three with a 10-course tasting menu.
The quality was top-notch and the staff were knowledgeable.
The wine cellar was well-stocked.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is passionate, and everyone does their part to provide an experience beyond expectations.

We came for a family dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful welcome and the location amidst the vineyards with a breathtaking view. Impeccable service and a unique culinary experience. We want to compliment Chef Forino, who delighted us with his own take on traditional dishes, featuring unique textures and remarkable sophistication. Sommelier Simone personally supervised us throughout the evening, helping us choose excellent wine pairings. Ilaria and Andrea in the dining room served each dish, describing it to us with great professionalism. Finally, Chef Giulia's desserts crowned the evening.
A truly wonderful experience that we recommend to everyone!

We just returned from staying at Arborina Relais and having dinner at the Osteria. Kudos to everyone for the hospitality and cleanliness of the entire relais. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough, with a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy an excellent view. Very beautiful and clean, as is the spa. Dinner at the Osteria was superb. The restaurant is very beautiful with a window overlooking the breathtaking Langhe, but there is a second, no less important window in the restaurant, the one overlooking the kitchen where the chef and his team prepare original and unconventional dishes, paired with excellent pairings. Kudos to everyone, and especially to the waitress who served us, friendly and always very kind.
