The food was all very good, even the desserts.

The pizza and dough were very good, nothing to complain about. The service was a bit less so, with a 45-minute wait for a pizza, perhaps due to the restaurant's high capacity.

The ingredients are incredibly fresh, locally sourced, and the 100% organic semi-whole wheat flours make all the difference, providing flavor, lightness, and quality in every bite. Excellent New Year's Eve experience. I ate at this pizzeria on New Year's Eve and was truly delighted. I tried three different pizzas, each with a different dough, and I must say the experience was amazing: well-crafted, light doughs with distinct characteristics. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly, despite the busy evening. The owners, who immediately made themselves known as excellent restaurateurs, passionate and highly competent, were a great asset. A place that exudes quality, care, and love for their work. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
