A beautiful location on the Appian Way, surrounded by greenery and history, just a short distance from Rome's historic center and with ample on-site parking. Very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food.

I ordered tiramisu and Aperol. It tasted exactly like in Germany. Now I don't know if the Germans can make it as well as the Italians, or if the Italians were as bad as the Germans.

It was a pleasant surprise. A 60-year-old restaurant that maintains a simple, classic decor and doesn't leap to pretension. I appreciated the fact that it didn't try to be a clone of so many others. It focuses on good food, and I loved that. The appetizers, like the reinterpretation of the '80s scampi cocktail, were delicious and varied. The breast baked in the oven melted in your mouth and was exquisite, as was the fillet Wellington. The courteous waiter and delightful owner did the rest. It was a wonderful evening with friends.

20/11/2025: We had an amazing time! The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever eaten. Make sure to have a reservation here on your trip to Rome. It really lives up to the hype.
20/11/2025: Great dining experience. Would go back, but it was not possible to get a reservation the days we were there. Try the bruschetta if you are there, it was absolutely magical! The waiters were very helpful and made good wine recommendations.

10/11/2025: Excellent trattoria, excellent food and service. The place could use a bit of a refresh, but the core business is truly excellent. 1 bruschetta, 2 tortelloni stuffed with artichokes and cherry tomatoes, 1 sausage and baked potato, all excellent. We didn't order wine to avoid any problems later... Price: €58. You be the judge...
