Exceptional traditional Roman dishes. Today we had rigatoni with pajata, tripe with tomato sauce, and puntarelle (simply divine). Good red wine, really satisfied. Generous portions and very well seasoned, even the bread was very good. Fast and very courteous service, excellent selection.

Cucina romana originale e di eccellenza, carbonara super, cacio e pepe ottima, polpette spettacolari. Vermentino super e ottimo anche il prezzo. Locale sempre pieno, prenotare per tempo.

03/12/2025: Visited in March 2025. After visiting the Vatican, I had wanted to visit a restaurant, but my schedule didn't allow for it, so I went there in a hurry. The fried squid paired with the beer was fantastic. The friendly staff made the meal even more enjoyable. I'm planning another trip to Rome and the Vatican in January of next year, and if I have the time, I'd love to visit this place again.
03/12/2025: Great place, nice service, delicious food! A real Italian restaurant! It's worth going there! We went for an anniversary dinner, with a reservation.
