Excellent service with our Ramy who delighted us with his professionalism, education and friendliness

The restaurant is in a beautiful setting, but the food isn't up to par with the prices! The spa is nice, but avoid the restaurant. It's also true that there's nothing in Ventolina this season, which is very sad.

We were there again this year, and the excellent quality of the chef and staff, especially Ramy, was confirmed. The owner also offered us a rosemary distillate, whose deliciousness underscores the quality of the place. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful discovery at Calidario Terme Etrusche in Venturina: the Aquolina restaurant, which offers cuisine focused on the excellence of local and seasonal ingredients. For three of us, we enjoyed appetizers of sweet paprika-braised shrimp tails, potato cream, and green apple flakes; slow-cooked octopus with carrot and herb cream; and tuna tartare with avocado cream and potato chips. Next up was spaghetti with sea urchins and tuna in a "postacchio" crust, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. The wine list was also excellent; we chose a Bolgheri rosé from Caccia al Palazzo. The service was impeccable, and special thanks go to Kinga, who "pampered" us with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion. The setting is truly enchanting: the outdoor terrace and veranda overlook the Natural Spring, with the green hills typical of the Tuscan coast in the background. A fun restaurant, we'll definitely be back!
