A super relaxing day in this beautiful property. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of Ika at the bar-bistro. An experience we'll definitely repeat!

It depends on your spirit. If the spirit is that of Gardaland, I'd give it 5 stars. If the spirit is relaxation, I'd give it 1 star. Otherwise, it's obviously a large, well-maintained place with a unique sauna area. It's a shame about the money-grubbing philosophy of letting people in until they explode.

Really too crowded compared to the product offered

Aquardens Terme in Verona is a huge place with indoor and outdoor pools, a beach area, and a poolside bar. I enjoyed the evening DJ set by the pool and the wide variety of events and wellness experiences throughout the day. The atmosphere is pleasant even when crowded. I tried the Aufguss in the Russian banya: the staff were very good, but during the event, the heat became unbearable. Of course, you could leave at any time; I stayed until the end, but the experience wasn't pleasant. I didn't understand why some saunas had floors so hot you couldn't walk on them, and slippers were prohibited. A few maintenance details: some drinking fountains show signs of rust. Overall, a relaxing and fun experience, with so many things to do in a single day.

Well-maintained facility. The staff is always friendly, and the saunas add value to everything else. The only drawback is the price, which I think is a bit high, but considering the number of people there, there's no shortage of customers. The large desert sauna is a great idea, even if it puts purists off a bit.

Pools and spa areas are perfect for relaxing and having fun. Avoid during holidays due to crowds.

The packages are generally expensive... Expensive, slow restaurants (I waited an hour for a salad)... Friendly and helpful staff! ...The cave is closed for renovations, what a shame!
