Great availability in the Village sauna area. All the rooms are very clean. Using the wristband for payments is very convenient. A word of advice: there is a high possibility of overcrowding even though the rooms are very large. If you want to relax, we avoid weekends and holidays. Prices are above average.

I've been coming here for over a year now, and it's always a confirmation. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but Franco deserves a special mention: with his Angus beef, he manages to convey a genuine and engaging passion. The other guys are also great, but he has something extra... he always manages to move me ❤️

The service doesn't reflect the price. We buy tickets online, arrive, and have to wait in line for an hour. Remember that for three of us, you pay almost €100 or more. They charge less than one for a newborn, out of €30, which I find so-so. You enter and the reception desk appears with bathrobes for €20. Really? I'm perplexed, even though we already had everything. Once inside, there aren't enough cots for many. There are empty areas where they can be added. I don't ask for individual cots, but one per family. I spend €100 and there's no place where I can sit or lie down for 15 minutes... I have to stand and put my shoes in the plastic square. I find this a huge disservice. I go to a bar/restaurant and there's a long line for drinks, only one person to pay the bill and serve drinks... So, you charge around €18-€20 for restaurant dishes, the drinks are medium-high prices, and you only have one bartender? So, for much less, I can find warm pools where I can relax, sleep for up to an hour, do activities, eat for less, and overall I pay much less. It's not worth the cost, but it's a lot...

Very nice, excellent pools with hot water, different types of saunas, and they also put on shows! We will definitely be back.

The new area is also beautiful. A truly comprehensive thermal park. I highly recommend it.

The new part is wonderful!! The staff is all kind and smiling. The Aufguss masters are amazing! Today I think I participated in the best Aufguss of my life! The ticket price is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended!!

A great place for the whole family to relax. Free large parking. Tickets are conveniently purchased online. The service is excellent. I liked the wide variety of pools for every taste, especially the outdoor one. 5 hours flew by completely unnoticed! There is a bar, a buffet on the territory, you can buy snacks and drinks or have a completely normal and tasty meal. The changing rooms and toilets were all clean and tidy. Everything was at the highest level!
