Beautiful, large place, and everything is very clean, from the pools to the bathrooms to the relaxation areas.
The prices are high, although the value is overall good.
Many glasses are left lying around, which is out of place, especially considering the abundance of trash cans. People's manners are definitely a priority, but otherwise, the staff, who are often around, should intervene...these people should be caught!

A wonderful experience, a large outdoor space, and a spa not to be missed, especially the saunas. Extremely organized, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. Excellent cocktails. Fun and relaxation guaranteed. Definitely worth a visit again!

Very beautiful thermal park, but it's a shame about the unfriendly staff. Almost everyone (with the exception of the beauty massage area) is very annoyed and rude. Underpaid? Who knows. When we visited, many areas were inaccessible due to construction.

A very nice place, highly recommended, but management isn't great. In 2025, waiting in line for an hour to get in is pretty absurd. For lunch, we wanted to get a pasta dish, but there was no one at the counter, and I had to hurry for an employee to come (it was 2:00 PM, so it's lunch time). Furthermore, there's a (fair) rule about not taking up sun loungers unnecessarily, but people do it, and no staff member bothers to free them (as stated in the rules). We wanted to lie down, but we couldn't even find a spot!

A very well-kept and clean place, well-equipped, with room for many people, pools, and impeccable lawns.
Outdoor parking is available.
The food service is very expensive; it's best to arrive fully equipped.
A negative note is for booking tickets; you can only get a discount by booking online, and it's not a simple process (at least for me).

Wonderful evening.....unfortunately, when we arrived, a water bomb had preceded us, so everyone had left. There were only a few of us left inside the building, all alone, just imagine 👍👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

We returned a couple of years after our last visit, and the experience was less than we remembered. It was subdued, with the waterfalls in the various caves turned off, and there was construction going on (so we were offered a drink).
For a place where outside food or drinks are prohibited, the quality of the food should be better. The food in the beer garden is truly subpar. The cocktails at the indoor pool bar are good. I recommend purchasing tickets online, as some promotions are only available there.

A welcoming and decidedly beautiful place, in my opinion not prepared to receive the classic summer user even if I think the solarium area is well designed, the only flaw and not a small one is the bar service, especially the one in the central covered pool, you can't make people wait 40 minutes for a spritz!!!!!!
