I went for the second time last Sunday for lunch with my partner in this incredible restaurant... And the whole world outside... To steal Vasco's words! We wanted to continue with the second of the tasting menus proposed by Chef Giuliano, (I take the liberty of calling him by name because, despite being the head of a starred team, he is a really nice and helpful person). Unlike the first experience, where we were "kidnapped" by the spectacle of innovative and "crazy" dishes, even if they were VERY GOOD, this time we focused on the ingredients of the creations that were proposed to us... And we were really impressed by both the taste and the research that we discovered behind each course... All the staff, very young but at the same time truly professional, pampered us and accompanied us on this journey of tastes, flavours, colours, in a unique atmosphere that only in Aqua Crua we experience... The greeting from the Chef, surrounded by gods sweet colorful parrots, guided us to the end of this kaleidoscopic lunch.. We can't wait to return with the third stage!! Refined restaurant, with pop furnishing accessories that create a refined and particular environment. High expectations on the food, given the Michelin star, totally satisfied. The level of service is not to be taken for granted (excellent!), guys attentive to every detail and need. Also interesting was the open kitchen which showed the team at work, super organized and in harmony.

Truly starred restaurant, in every sense, from service to the environment and the preparation of dishes. details studied and elaborated. really great quality. 4 tables, intimate setting, helpful and very friendly waiters. very nice chef and comes out at the end of dinner to greet the guests

My wife and I had the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant, trying the initiation route 1 plus wine tasting.... An experience out of the ordinary, from all the dishes refined and prepared with excellent raw materials, flavors never tried before, each dish is explained to perfection by Andrea the maitre, and the wine pairing studied by the Sommelier Vittorio. location, warm and serene, open kitchen, where you can admire the preparation work of the team, Chef Guliano, transmits all his passion for the raw materials and for his cuisine, it was pleasant to exchange a chat with him. I had never tried a starred tasting, I did it for the first time in this place the environment has all the characteristics to make you feel at home the service was very attentive and prepared the tasting menu I was very exciting, it made me move with my whole body I congratulate the whole team and the person who conducts the orchestra, Giuliano (a human person, first of all)!

Acqua crua is an experience, a journey that raises expectations and generates emotions, to be exalted in some original and iconic courses. A journey that touches all the senses. Among the different courses and dishes tasted, the one that exalted me was certainly the sublime risotto, very tasty and balanced. Location ok and service efficient but not intrusive.

The staff is at the top, thanks to a chef who is not only an artist but also a very convivial person who likes to personally greet all his guests... it makes the difference 😍
