A delicious dinner. The initial welcome at the end of the meal was a real experience. I was curious to learn about chef Giuliano Baldessari's cuisine. I found the "Initiation 1" tasting menu excellent in every course, and some dishes surprised me, always positively. The dining room service was excellent, providing information about the dishes and wines throughout the evening. The professionalism and passion that the entire staff puts into their work is evident and makes for a wonderful evening enjoying excellent food. Thank you and congratulations, Aqua Crua!

A Michelin-starred restaurant in a small village on the edge of the Vicenza hills, a bit out of the way. The surprise menu is reserved for first-time guests (though I had been there several years ago, when it first opened). The dining room is minimalist, a bit dark, but with a splendid open kitchen, which, by the end of the evening, will be spotless. Dinner consists of a dozen or so dishes, some amazing (the fake macaroni with wild boar ragù), others more ordinary (the cuttlefish). The quality is high, however. The wine list is decidedly well-stocked, and the service impeccable. I won't mention the bill because I was a guest. It certainly deserves its star and a visit from anyone who wants to eat and drink very well.

This is a fantastic experience.There are a culinary trail into the soul of the Chef!The service it is good and perfect to par level of restaurant.The words don’t explain the trail.To try and enjoy!!!

We had dinner for the initiation menu 1 and recently for the 2nd.. we had a great time, it's always a wonderful experience. The dish called “cooked water” is unforgettable. The chef's creations are interesting and delicious! the staff and the environment are Top. It deserves a lot!

15/09/2025: Never again without... even though I live in Cornedo, I "discovered" this ice cream shop about a year ago, almost by accident. We started with a couple of scoops of ice cream, the next time Greek yogurt, and then more granitas... what can I say, it was love at first sight and we haven't stopped since (with all due respect to our wallets).... Today was our 91st Greek yogurt, and yes, I kept count of that, while we decided it was best not to count the granitas and ice creams anymore... not to mention the single-serving tiramisu made with Carlotta's zabaglione (for those who aren't from the area, I feel sorry for you 🤷🏻).... the staff is all fantastic, now when they see us they say: "The usual?" Top-quality ingredients, attention to everyone (including pets), classic, timeless flavors but also innovation and originality...for us 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 In the photo: large Greek yogurt, halved blueberries and crumble, cereal spread and crumble.....Grape Strawberry Granita.......🏆 For us, #1

05/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the perfect mix for truly creative and, above all, delicious cuisine. We enjoyed a five-course tasting menu, which was actually seven. Everything was excellent. The price was adequate for the service and quality, perhaps even a little more could have been done.
10/09/2025: We had dinner with friends. The cuisine was refined and top-quality. Everything was impeccable. Kudos to the owners. There's absolutely no one who can compete with Locanda da Piero. We highly recommend it. Top, top, top 💯
