09/06/2025: I only find the time today, Monday, to leave my review of the lunch I had with my wife on Saturday at this restaurant. I would like to start by saying that we found the quality of the dishes more than satisfactory, and we also really liked the atmosphere. As soon as we arrived, however, we immediately told the waitress that we had to avoid carbohydrates, which is quite easy to do in a fish restaurant. We ordered a trio of tartares as an appetizer. When it arrived, we noticed that the tuna tartare (one of the three) was served on a bed of potatoes. So to make sure, we asked the waitress if they were actually potatoes, even though we had already consumed the other two tartares in the meantime. The waitress very kindly told us that we were right, apologized, and told us that she would have it redone immediately. Shortly after, a new trio of tartares arrived, this time without potatoes with the tuna, but also with the other two tartares that we had already consumed in the first course. I pointed out to her that she could have changed just the tuna, but she told us not to worry. The rest of the lunch continues normally, very good grill. I pay the bill and leave. However, shortly after, I had a doubt, I checked the bill and noticed that I had been charged for both trios of tartare. Now it is not a question of money, and besides, it is not my habit to check the bill before paying it. However, if I had known that to change just one part of the dish (which, moreover, having specified the need, should have been advised against from the beginning due to the presence of potatoes), I would have had to pay for a second one in full, when it was the waitress herself who took our plate away to change it on her own initiative, I would have certainly told her to leave it alone, and maybe I would have ordered another dish. I would have preferred a little more clarity and attention. For the rest, I confirm my good impression.
20/05/2025: I stopped by on the fly and didn't have much time, I ate a first course with very fresh fish and I found a beautiful environment with super staff. It's true that nowadays one cannot invent a restaurateur, and when you eat at Officina del Pesce you realize that class is not water! Even with a simple first course. I also had a dessert, tiramisu, needless to say it was a dream! Compliments to the staff and owners who manage this marvel. Thank you, I will come back to visit you with much more calm.
