Nice place. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are very dirty. The chaos of summer camps is a classic, so I'm mentioning it, but it's not the reason for the 3 stars. The amenities are a bit poor, including the poolside bar with hot water and the poorly stocked refreshment area. It's a shame because it's in a wonderful area. I'll be back for an afternoon, though.

A beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, the pool clean and well-kept, the restaurant delicious.... also excellent for summer birthday parties by the pool with the equipped gazebo!!!!😜💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Top top top

The structure is beautiful, but the part concerning the swimming pool, in my opinion, is not well managed. There are no controls and the people (who unfortunately are not very polite) overwhelm spaces and quiet. Not suitable if you want to relax.

Swimming pool: in my opinion the most beautiful in the area. Office: Very courteous and helpful staff. Tennis courts: Many and very well-kept. Soccer Paddel etc, present but never tried Tennis school: Very helpful staff. Prices: commensurate with the service offered Internal parking

Beautiful sports center surrounded by the wonderful Appio Claudio park and in addition it has a truly spectacular location for private events, the Appio Claudio Eventi.

25/04/2025: Tutto molto buono! Aperitivi interessanti cucinati al momento con tante sfiziosità. Ottimi i cocktail Bellissimo il locale all'interno. Ma merita anche lo spazio esterno.
09/03/2025: Provato do domenica a pranzo senza prenotazione. Sono riusciti ad accoglierci e accontentarci con il tavolo richiesto. Servizio molto gentile e veloce. Menù ampio, dal pesce agli hamburger alla cucina romana passando per la pinsa. Noi abbiamo provato il pesce e abbiamo molto bene. Piatti abbondanti e ben preparati e conditi. Una buona scelta per una tranquilla e gustosa domenica
