We went there for New Year's Eve dinner. The online reservation worked without any problems. We were given a seat on a lovely swing by the window inside. The food was delicious and arrived after a reasonable amount of time.

We'd spotted it on the list of available restaurants, and we didn't regret going in for a second. There wasn't necessarily a table available, and they told us that if we were quick, they could let us in. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the desserts were even better. Highly recommended. If you come with a group, you'll have a great time and enjoy a wonderful meal.

One of the best experiences I had in Rome. Amazing food, Super friendly staff and great vibes. Dont miss the frito misto , fish fillet, zuchini blossom and pomodoro pasta. Not a huge fan of their saffron risotto.

We celebrated end of year with a special set menu at this restaurant. The maitre was super accommodating and friendly and other staff very service minded too. Food was very tasty and the evening was filled with entertainment by a super enthusiastic lady singer. A big congratulations and highly recommended!

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, ideal for sitting down and enjoying a quiet meal. Everything went smoothly and without long waits. It's not a fancy place, but it does its job very well. I left satisfied and with an overall good impression.

Antica Trattoria al Gallinaccio

20/01/2026: A lovely trattoria in the center, with friendly staff and management. They even moved us to a nearby table to accommodate the generous appetizer. The first courses were good and plentiful. A good wine selection, though they don't have a Valtellina. ;)
19/01/2026: We had lunch at Gallinaccio by chance, a truly positive experience. Carciofi alla romana for an appetizer, spaghetti all'amatriciana and mezze maniche alla gricia, and tiramisu for dessert. Friendly host, fair prices, and right in the city center. Highly recommended. Excellent!
