I've been wanting to try it for a long time. My expectations were fully met. Try the saffron risotto with pork cheek to believe it. The calamari was incredibly fresh and fragrant, and the breading on the fried anchovies was excellent. The girl who served us was friendly and professional. The service was prompt. The price was much lower than I expected, and the portions were generous. Bottom line: nothing fancy. We'll be back soon.

We had the degustation menu, which is what the chef chooses/ cooks for the day. Small dishes are served but you don't need to read the menu and choose from, and you don't share with the other guests. Each person gets their share in a small dish. So, this is the concept. The food was simply excellent! Great combinations, original, creative and satisfactory. Each dish was very tasty. I would definitely visit this town to be able to eat in this restaurant again. We had a cold white wine to accompany the dishes and this was excellent idea. Deserts are not included in the degustation menu, so you will need to choose from the menu. Again, very tasty and beautifully plated. Big applause for the chef and the team!

15/02/2026: The food was acceptable, but the service was truly unusual. There were long waits, even on a special night. The fussa kusica is trendy, but it's unbearable.
02/02/2026: The two of us went for dinner after a day of skiing, and we were hungry. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. We had the gnocchi with goat sauce (delicious!) and the pasta and bean soup. And of course the arrosticini! We were so satisfied! The waiter was very courteous and friendly.

30/04/2025: Favoloso pranzo di Pasqua, con piatti ben realizzati della vera tradizione abruzzese. Ottima organizzazione, anche se il locale era tutto prenotato con tavoli ben distanziati, il servizio è stato all'altezza, veloce, ben coordinato, con personale professionale e cordiale. Le n.6 portate non hanno sofferto, tutte servite ben calde e senza attese. Ci hanno servito il pane fatto in casa ben lievitato e l'ottima pizza fritta. Antipasto molto vario e ricco "La colazione di Pasqua" con ottimi prodotti locali: salame, salsiccia di carne e fegato, uovo sodo con agretti, fiadoncello, coratella al coccio e carciofi fritti dorati. Eccellente "Brodo di capretto in stracciatella di scarola. Due ottimi primi "Lasagna della tradizione con ragù di polpettine" e "Tagliatelle con carciofi, guanciale croccante e crema di pecorino dolce". Due fantastici secondi: "Spalletta d'Agnello del Parco alle erbe, rapestre saltate, patate al rosmarino" e il " Capretto cace e ove" Ottimo il "Semifreddo alla Colomba Pasquale"
09/03/2025: Locale, cibo e personale al top. Vale la pena provare la loro cucina che vi sorprenderà per gusto e qualità. Complimenti, anche per l’accoglienza agli amici a 4 zampe.
