A suggestive location easy to reach. We were also lucky enough to participate as a surprise in the karaoke evening which brightened up our evening making it pleasant, evocative and exciting. Based on this welcoming atmosphere we were able to best enjoy the appetizers and pizzas we ordered. The dough was light and tasty with genuine, local ingredients which highlighted the flavours. Young and kind staff gave us good advice on what to order. Highly recommended

Arriving by chance during a sports competition, I devoured and doubled twice a pasta with pistachio and spaghetti with sausage... olive oil which I would like to buy very soon. excellent welcome and friendliness. The sea is the frame beyond the trees, what else?

14/10/2024: Il ristorante ha un ambiente molto intimo, i piatti del menù sono pochi ma molto legati alla tradizione siciliana. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la caponata, la pasta alla norma e la pasta Ca muddica. Ci sono state gentilmente offerte le bruschette col pesto di pistacchi portate a causa di una comanda sbagliata e abbiamo anche scoperto che erano buonissime. Per finire, va detto che in una città decisamente cara, il conto è stato molto onesto. Consiglio questo ristorante che ci ha fatto sentire ospiti a casa loro.

Ristorante La Forgia Maurizio

01/10/2024: Fantastic food with very, very lovely owner. We had two pasta dishes, both of which were really tasty. Priced like all other pasta dishes in Sicily between 15-20 euros. Any time :)
24/09/2024: Definitely not my kind of food, although my friends said they enjoyed their meals. Friendly, positive atmosphere and affable service. There was a bit of confusion with the final bill, which started at €482, went down to €387 (after reconsidering the dishes as part of the daily menu offer, as they were initially ordered) and then to €357 (when using a calculator to add it all up). We had a lot of fun otherwise. The restaurant was recommended by a local and we were lucky to get seats without prior reservation.
