16/09/2025: On Saturday evening, I was fortunate enough to celebrate my 27th birthday at Enoteca Centrale with my partner and our baby. We had a stroller with us, and often, in certain places, this can seem like an obstacle. Here, however, it was quite the opposite: we felt welcomed, respected, and valued, without any judgment, but with a naturalness and humanity that are far from being taken for granted these days.
A special thanks goes to Veronica and Alessandro, who guided us with professionalism and sensitivity in our choices and served us with impeccable attention. But a round of applause goes to the entire staff: knowledgeable, smiling, empathetic, and always available, capable of harmoniously combining expertise and human warmth.
I truly felt like a princess for an evening, pampered in every detail, and this for me was the greatest gift. Every dish was a surprise: carefully crafted, elegant, rich in flavor, and presented with passion, transforming each course into a sensory experience. We also tasted the wine produced in collaboration with a local winery: authentic, refined, and surprising, so much so that we've already stocked up and will definitely continue to do so.
It wasn't just a dinner: it was a true culinary experience, filled with flavor, hospitality, and humanity. My partner and I were impressed not only by the quality of the cuisine and the beauty of the meticulously maintained, clean, refined, and evocative location, but above all by the attitude of the staff: kind, smiling, courteous, and profoundly human. Working like this, with such kindness and expertise, seems obvious, but in reality it's a rare gift that you can feel in every gesture here.
Furthermore, the attached shop is truly beautiful, with so many unique gift ideas: I'm already thinking about Christmas presents!
I wholeheartedly recommend Enoteca Centrale to anyone who wants an experience that goes beyond food: here, you can sense professionalism, a love for their work, and a heartwarming humanity. For us, it was the best birthday ever, and we can't wait to return to celebrate our anniversary. Grade 10 with honors!
06/09/2025: Very refined restaurant, professional and prepared staff, they have a superior wine cellar, the food is prepared with care and you can tell from the well-proportioned dishes, raw fish always very fresh.
