Rustic environment of an old barn very well restored, shame about the lights being a little too cold inside, luckily there is wood to make the place more welcoming. The dishes offered are those of the Tuscan tradition that follows seasonality, even more unusual dishes, all well cooked and well presented. The ingredients used are from the surrounding area. Good wine list. The staff is fast and very courteous. Excellent value for money.

Ambiente rustico di un antico fienile restaurato molto bene, peccato per le luci un po' troppo fredde all'interno, per fortuna c'è il legno a rendere più accogliente il locale. I piatti proposti sono quelli della tradizione toscana che segue la stagionalità, piatti anche più insoliti, tutti ben cucinati e ben presentati. Gli ingredienti usati sono del territorio limitrofo. Buona la carta dei vini. Il personale è celere e molto cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Found it thanks to the Slow Food guide, which continues to give me great satisfaction. The welcoming environment, the attentive service and the excellent food. We were followed from start to finish, with care, in choosing our dishes. And I would say that the carbonara with Cinta Senese bacon met expectations 🤩

Attirati dal fatto che fa parte dei locali slow food siamo andati in questo ristorante un po fuori San Miniato con il taxi. Si tratta di una cascina ristrutturata con un grosso parcheggio antistante. Cucina tipica Toscana raffinata. Ottima selezione di vini.

Very nice place, with space outside to spend a pleasant evening outdoors. Prices that are not "restaurant" but which certainly respect the quality of the food. Highly recommended
