Enjoy an evening with friends in this simple yet well-kept and clean restaurant. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. We each had a pizza and a dessert. The pizza was good, as were the desserts...the tiramisu was excellent! I recommend it.

A local favorite, this historic spot is right next to a bridge. Excellent cuisine and Tuscan hospitality. I recommend the seafood dishes; the pizza is also good. Parking is available nearby.

I went to this place with about 10 people, which I found almost by chance, as I wasn't from the area. We had a classic Italian appetizer and an excellent pizza. Both I and the other diners had a great time. Thank you.

A good traditional restaurant where you can sample Tuscan cuisine, both seafood and meat. During the convivial meal, we enjoyed seafood and meat appetizers, as well as well-presented mixed first and second courses. We were satisfied. The price was average.

02/10/2025: I found this restaurant by chance on a business trip, traveling between Portoferraio and Portoazzurro. I had a delicious seafood dinner, beautifully served in a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.
30/09/2025: We had a reservation, and when we arrived, there weren't enough chairs or table settings. The staff weren't very attentive or chatty the entire time (drinks were left out without comment), and the overall impression wasn't particularly inviting. The food, however, was very good; the chef was excellent.

Ristorante Dell'Hotel La Conchiglia

26/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel in Cavoli Bay, right on the seafront, for 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was superb, with sweet and savory items prepared that morning. The owner, Manuela, along with her staff, Cinzia and Fabio, made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
05/09/2025: Hotel La Conchiglia is a wonderful, welcoming place right on the seafront. Manuela is a special person: friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive, with that naturalness that makes you feel instantly at ease. Cinzia, with her sweetness and constant smile, adds warmth and makes every moment even more enjoyable. Together with the entire staff, always kind and friendly, they truly touch the hearts of their guests and make them feel at home. The best part is breakfast, simply wonderful: homemade cakes, pizzas, focaccias, and brioches so delicious you'll want to try them all, accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, or hot milk served at your table. The tables overlook the beach, and there's also a seafront terrace, perfect for reading a good book or relaxing. Our dog was also welcomed with affection, and we spent a truly relaxing week.
