We went for a baptism party upstairs, nice restaurant and good quality food. Simple traditional dishes prepared well. I particularly recommend the raw meat. The Piedmontese mixed fried food was done very well

I ended up at Antico Paltel almost by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise. Since then, I have never left the restaurant. Excellent restaurant offering Piedmontese cuisine, it remains very intimate and welcoming, the dining room staff is always very helpful and courteous. The courses are right but above all they are of excellent quality and exceptional, I would especially recommend the appetizer with raw meat and the bagna cauda (I'm not sure if you write like that) which is something exceptional, an orgasm for the taste buds! Excellent quality/price!

Discovered by chance after talking to a friend. The place is fantastic, the food is stellar, we ate an entree (with prosecco), 4 homemade appetizers (charcuterie platter, Russian salad, tartare and leek pie with wine vinegar fondue), 3 tastings of first courses (Piedmontese tortelli on a brown background, truffle tortello with fondue, risotto with porcini mushrooms), a tasting of Piedmontese mixed fried food, with coffee and bitters for just 42 euros each. Leaving aside the quality of what you ate, you feel at home, the owner Luca is friendly and even stops by to refill some dishes for you, but also the place itself is really beautiful, intimate, pleasant. A splendid place to spend your time outside. If desired, there is also the option to sleep there in a transparent bubble to see the stars with a hydromassage. We will definitely return, highly recommended

High level service, very professional and at the same time friendly. The food is of superior quality, flavors that you only experience in a few restaurants, the portions are generous. I've been meaning to stop by this restaurant for a while and on Sunday for lunch I managed to do so with my wife and son. As I imagined a journey through time, a place where quality and substance emerge over appearance. All homemade with fantastic products, the agnolotti with roast sauce are amazing. Getting to know the very kind and historic owners they also spoiled me by letting me taste my tongue with red bath, a historic recipe of the place, bad because now I dream about it at night. An essential wine list completes everything, almost all local products with absolutely affordable prices. Excellent value for money, included in my personal podium of restaurants in the area. Congratulations and see you soon for sure.

06/12/2024: Provato solo per il Bagna Cauda Day. Ottima la Bagna Cauda, solo un po' scarse le verdure. Apprezzati l'ambiente, la rapidità e la gentilezza del servizio. Locale storico caratteristico, vini con rincari onesti. Il menù pare interessante. Da riprovare.

Antica Trattoria Cirio

04/02/2025: Dinner on 01/24/2025 Located in an area not very convenient for parking, the place presents itself, at least as far as the room where we dined is concerned, exactly as you would expect a typical Piedmontese trattoria to be, with a checked tablecloth, wood on the walls (although more chic than the old piole) and a vaulted ceiling, intentionally left only partially with exposed brick. The old posters on the walls are pleasant and, above all, the old radio that makes a fine show of itself on a shelf. A fairly extensive menu, almost exclusively local, which satisfied: a rich Russian salad with vegetables cooked to perfection (only slightly lacking in salt), carpione slightly lightened according to current tastes, rabbit tuna (its presence on the menu is commendable) in my opinion not very spicy and Milanese breaded in breadsticks, well cooked, our orders. Pleasant bulk wine. Quick and courteous service. Background noise a bit annoying at times but not enough to prevent you from hearing your fellow diners. Adequate bill. Rating: 8
04/02/2025: Cena del 24/01/2025 Posizionato in zona non molto comoda per il parcheggio, il locale si presenta, almeno per quanto riguarda la sala dove abbiamo cenato noi, esattamente come ti aspetti che sia una tipica trattoria piemontese, con la tovaglia a quadretti, il legno alle pareti (seppure più chic delle vecchie piole) e il soffitto a volta, volutamente lasciato solo parzialmente con i mattoni a vista. Piacevoli i vecchi manifesti alle pareti e, soprattutto, la vecchia radio che fa bella mostra di sé su uno scaffale. Menù abbastanza ampio, quasi esclusivamente autoctono, che ha soddisfatto: insalata russa ricca e con le verdure cotte a puntino (solo lievemente carente di sale), carpione leggermente alleggerito secondo i gusti attuali, tonno di coniglio (encomiabile la sua presenza nel menù) a mio giudizio poco speziato e milanese impanata nei grissini, ben cotta, le nostre ordinazioni. Vino sfuso gradevole. Servizio rapido e cortese. Rumore di fondo a tratti un po’ fastidioso ma non tale da impedire di sentire i commensali. Conto adeguato. Voto: 8
