Antico Naviglio In Modena

An experience to repeat.. we happened upon this restaurant today as soon as we arrived from Venice.. and we were immediately struck by the outside. We entered at a not exactly perfect time but they welcomed us immediately.. we had a plate of cold cuts and cheeses, I must say amazing.. but then the rest was even better. I had green lasagna and my husband tagliatelle with ragù.. they were an emotion.. delicious, I brought tears to my eyes because I really had a memory of home.. truly delicious, indescribable.. two glasses of wine, water, coffee and a delicious zuppa inglese.. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, very kind.. the lady also gave you a small bottle of Modena vinegar.. truly to be repeated!!! Thank you for your cooking and courtesy!!

I highly recommend Damedeo for the quality of the food, carefully selected ingredients, and extensive menu. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back to try their other dishes! One of the best restaurants in Modena.

What can I say... when things are prepared with taste and love, the result can only be perfect... and it shows! My sister and I had lunch and dinner at this delightful restaurant, which immediately struck me with the warmth of the atmosphere. The service was impeccable, the staff friendly, attentive, and helpful, the food extraordinarily beautiful to look at and, above all, delicious to taste, with generous portions. Compliments to the chef! We indulged ourselves by sampling a little bit of everything, and it was truly a lovely surprise. In the end, we ran out of room for dessert... a shame, because the dessert trolley was very inviting! The icing on the cake was the sweetness of the owner Francesca, who, with a warm smile, a chat, and her friendliness, made us feel right at home! Highly recommended!!! I'll definitely be back

A very welcoming restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The food is truly delicious, featuring typical Modenese cuisine, with refined dishes beautifully executed by the young chef. In my opinion, it deserves at least a Michelin star. The service is excellent, with waiters always attentive and top-notch service! I highly recommend trying it.

We had dinner last night... I would say we had a really good time, the staff was very qualified and attentive, not too intrusive and friendly... good value for money... fillet with balsamic vinegar and pumpkin tortelloni with sausage ragù were very very good... thank you very much... Jo
