this time for a business lunch..... I would have preferred less choice at the buffet (which is definitely HUGE and plentiful... that alone would be enough) but with the quality in line with the dishes served at the table. Ditto for bulk wine which unfortunately is really barely acceptable....or maybe not even...
It's true that they have to stay within the costs, but it's a shame to ruin a meal because of poor wine

Bellissimo l'ingresso e posto molto tranquillo lontano dal traffico. Il cibo è buono, il personale è professionale e gentile, il prezzo è onesto ma personalmente non ci ho trovato la parte speciale. In generale consiglio di provare.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of the lower Bergamo area. The interior of the restaurant is also beautiful, all in stone and well cared for. The food is good and the staff is very professional and attentive to customer needs.

After spending a few hours at Malpaga castle. We accidentally found this place which pleasantly surprised us!!! We were 4 couples with children in tow, they immediately found accommodation for us and as we arrived it was one revelation after another from the particularity of the rooms, to the menu (including wine list), to the service which I would say was impeccable and attentive to everyone our needs.
I have already started recommending it via message even before finishing the service at the table!!!

Really high quality of food. Fixed price Sunday menu with various and very good starters. Only one first course and one second course with side dish. Homemade dessert and coffee. Drinks, even water, are paid separately. Friendly and helpful staff. Times between courses are a little long, but then again you can go out for lunch without having to look at the clock. Only observation, although I always look for farmhouses and characteristic and even slightly rustic environments, here perhaps due to the beauty of the place one might expect a nice table, perhaps made of wood and not the tables with foldable legs that we find at parties or village festivals. Ours squeaked and wobbled all lunch!

In a very beautiful context, the place, an old mill, is certainly worth a visit. Good food, the tortelli with radicchio and speck that we had deserved to be cooked more. But this can be very subjective.
The stew with plate is excellent.
Definitely worth trying.

Locale ben arredato,con affisso alle pareti autori del 900, qualità prezzo eccezionale,cantina dei vini del Monferrato “Cantina Rossetto” ottima. Consiglio i risotti e coniglio e porcini con polenta.
