Words cannot express how legit this bakery is ! I was here yesterday and today in Trapani and I keep dreaming of the baked goods .... I got a cannoli again !!! Best I ever had .... the place is so unassuming and no big sign and even the front door is hid behind BEADS it's just so cool

Extraordinary! A must-do visit to this small pastry shop; the owner will put you at ease with her absolutely delicious cannolis. We absolutely love the pistachio one, and the almond paste is simply amazing! A must-do!

This summer, while I was in my hometown of Trapani, we went to visit Paola at La Rinascente pastry shop. We ordered two slices of paradise and a graffa for our daughter... Paradise that melted in your mouth from the first bite, with just the right balance of almond and sugar, as well as the soft and well-balanced graffa. Naturally, we then ordered another graffa, and another, and another slice of paradise.... The shop only sells fresh pastries, and some products are filled on the spot. Paola is always smiling, great at giving advice and explaining the ingredients, and, if you ask, even their history 😊. I recommend everyone, Trapanese and tourists alike, to stop by La Rinascente pastry shop, where you can taste the true craftsmanship and authenticity of Trapani's typical products. Approved!!!

For years now, whenever we visit Sicily, Trapani and La Rinascente have been a must-see. The unmistakable aroma exudes history and passion. The owner/pastry chef is incredibly kind. The authentic Sicilian cassata is found at La Rinascente.

Posto tipico ed artigianale. Abbiamo preso graffe, crostate e genovese calda. Ci hanno proposto anche un caffè. Molto gentili!!!
