If you want to experience the Barese experience like a local, you have to visit this kiosk. It's a food truck for meat and street food lovers. It's located in the Vechia area, but it's like it's in the back. There were only locals and people from the neighborhood speaking the Barese dialect. Maybe you don't know what you're ordering and you're going for it. The best thing to do is observe and see what the locals are ordering. They might make up the prices a bit, but hey, we paid 26 euros for two beers and three meat dishes.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price! The location is obviously typical, perfect for those seeking local Bari experiences.

The sandwiches were very good. The medium-rare burger was actually a bit rare, although the meat itself was excellent and plentiful. We were treated to some very good mozzarella braids. Be careful, though, as the prices aren't listed; you get the impression that the price varies based on the person's level of foreignness (whether you're from Bari, an Italian tourist, or a foreigner) and how friendly you are with the owner.

I don't understand what they have against caramelized onions...

We went with friends to this street sandwich shop. All the sandwiches were excellent. Excellent but especially the meat. Few seats. Very fast service. Enjoy your visit
