Excellent restaurant, a very pleasant discovery!
A refined environment, a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff: all perfect for an evening with friends or family. The menu offers a good choice of traditional dishes and pizzas, with fresh and quality ingredients.
And speaking of pizza... a special applause goes to Andrea, the pizza chef, who churns out real wonders: light dough, impeccable cooking and extraordinary taste. You can tell when there is the hand of a passionate professional.
We will definitely be back!

Very welcoming location. The traditional Roman polenta with ribs and sausage could be improved, but the sauce was impeccable. Excellent pizza.

Some time ago I left a review, which I confirm completely and positively. I add a big hug to the whole family who runs the business in an exemplary and professional way like the father. Today Easter day we wanted to spend it here with them and I can confirm that the quality and professionalism was exemplary despite the restaurant being very full. I will continue this bond of affection with Stefano's family and I will miss him a lot, but I will find him there together with all of us in his restaurant. ❤️
I recommend this place to everyone, surrounded by greenery and with excellent ingredients and welcoming staff.
Cozy and familiar place. The owner is always present and always attentive to customers and service.

Da anni frequento questo ristorante e lo consiglio. Ingredienti di qualità, professionalità, accoglienza sono le cose che apprezzo di più. Oggi giorno di Pasqua ho voluto trascorrerlo qui e nonostante il locale fosse pieno di gente, tutto è stato gestito in modo ottimo. Un pensiero affettuoso a Stefano ed ai suoi figli che portano avanti il suo progetto. Il casale è in mezzo al verde, ma vicino a Roma.

Rustic and simple restaurant, simple and rural dishes. Very rough internal countryside location, personally much appreciated. Excellent first courses and pizza, dishes not too abundant compared to what one would expect from a place like this. Good price quality. I took the cut but it didn't convince me much, a little poor on the plate. I absolutely recommend the fettuccine made by them.

Un antico casale gradevole e accogliente, personale gentile e qualificato. Ho assaggiato gli ottimi primi piatti della tradizione Romana. Ho gustato un ricco e vario antipasto della casa: un tagliere di salumi e formaggi arricchito da due proposte gastronomiche dello chef. Ottime le materie prime. Tutto perfetto. Prezzi onesti e adeguati. Una piacevole sorpresa che mi spronera' a ritornare.
