Una eccellente pasticceria, ottimo bar. Non mi aspettavo di mangiare così bene in un bar che fa anche ristorazione, invece abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Al centro di San Benedetto c’è questo bellissimo locale, ben gestito è pieno di ogni cosa si possa desiderare in un bar pasticceria. Ma in più si mangia a pranzo e a cena e si mangia molto bene. Ce l’ha consigliato chi vive qui e ci viene spesso. Ottimi primi, contorni e secondi. Vini di qualità. Il personale è cordiale e preparato. Costi nella media. Da ritornarci!

01/05/2025: I returned last Saturday, after several years, living more than three hours' drive from Piceno. I found the excellent value for money I remembered, with generous portions and excellent flavours. The meat - cooked on coals, which can be partially seen -, the unmissable homemade Ascoli olives, the exquisite fried cream dishes (the best I have ever tasted), not to mention the first courses (truffle is often present too), represented the strong points of an excellent lunch, at a very honest price. Last, but not least, it is worth mentioning the friendliness of the owner and the kindness of the young helpers at the tables. I can't wait to go back. Absolutely recommended.
01/05/2025: Sono tornato sabato scorso, dopo diversi anni, abitando a più di tre ore di auto dal Piceno. Ho ritrovato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo che ricordavo, con porzioni generose e eccellenti sapori. La carne - cotta sui carboni, che in parte si intravedono -, le imperdibili olive all'ascolana fatte in casa, gli squisiti fritti di crema (i migliori che abbia mai assaggiato), per non parlare dei primi piatti (è presente spesso anche il tartufo), hanno rappresentato i punti di forza di un pranzo eccellente, a prezzo onestissimo. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, è da segnalare la cordialità del proprietario e la gentilezza dei giovani aiutanti ai tavoli. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Assolutamente consigliato.

09/03/2025: During a business trip a local friend booked for us. We both stayed and dined in the adjacent restaurant. The rooms are good, furnished with the essentials and clean. I would recommend just putting a few more things in the fridge. A special mention for the kindness of the really nice people at the reception. We had dinner in the adjacent restaurant, I would say the fish menu was very good and certainly did not disappoint the wait. The only downside is having to go outside to go from the hotel to the restaurant and the breakfast room.
