First night in Italy. Latte there is hot milk, if you want coffee latte it's caffe latte lol

The staff fills up the food at the buffet and then pays at the checkout... like at IKEA. Unfortunately my meal wasn't good Quality. Potatoes only half cooked and cold, the chicken leg had probably been on the tray since the morning... Maybe I was just unlucky... CULTURE SHOCK... Men and women are in the same room together on the toilet... I thought so would have ended up in the women's toilet because two women were getting ready at the sink...

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick break, and overall, it was a decent experience. The coffee, unfortunately, wasn’t quite to my taste, but the freshly made tiramisu was enjoyable—light and well-prepared. The ice cream was a bit too sweet for my liking, but others with a sweet tooth might find it appealing. One standout aspect was the cleanliness of the facilities. The cleaning staff deserves a lot of credit for their hard work in maintaining spotless toilets after each use—a detail that makes a big difference. A convenient spot for a short stop, especially if you appreciate a clean and well-kept environment.

Bread in the sandwiches was very dry and hard. A convenient place to eat near the Vatican, reasonable prices.

Modern café in an old building in one of the many hotspots in Rome right outside Vatican City. Self-service concept works quite well. You can see what you order and are therefore less disappointed. Salad and Coca-Cola for €14 was okay. especially for this place. A spot in the sun in mid-October wasn't bad either. The toilets are always very important to me. The basement is not exactly suitable for people with walking difficulties, but it is spacious and very clean. A good address for the typical tourism customer. By the way, the salad was delicious.

Nothing is as stable as my love for this place where my colleagues and I have been dining since 2018. Friendly staff, always delicious.

30/06/2024: New management much better! The tobacconist section was much more stocked, the artisanal ice cream was really good and the frappuccino was spectacular!
30/06/2024: The place has just been renovated and has new management, everyone is very kind and polite. Excellent quality ice cream, frozen yogurt, granitas, crepes and much more. Highly recommended. I think that the other reviews are not updated and therefore concern the old management and are even intended for another Blue Ice location and therefore that whoever wrote them has the wrong location as the location in question is not yet provided with Glovo services for the orders and it reopened less than a month ago.
