In 2016, while visiting Rome for our honeymoon, we found a restaurant we found through a Google search, but it was closed, so we went into a restaurant we saw in an alley right next to it.... I didn't know where it was, but it was a really great restaurant!!!! We ordered green pepper steak and spaghetti pomodoro~ They were really delicious!!!! I don't know because I didn't eat anything else, but those two were really delicious!!!! The pomodoro looked like spaghetti mixed with plain tomato sauce, but it was really nothing special, but you know how delicious it is? Huh? What? Why is it so delicious?!!! Anyway, I want to go again!!!!

Despite it being very busy and maybe even understaffed, we had a fabulous meal at L’Orso 80! From the second we sat down, we felt welcomed and acknowledged. They gave us complimentary arancini right after we sat down and were quick to take our order and serve us. The food was absolutely delicious!

This place is just ok. Food is not that great. I had the steak and it was really hard. The ambiance is also not that great. But the weakest point is the service. They literally are annoyed that you are patronizing their business. The waiters are super rude. And unless you buy an overpriced bottle of wine they don’t really make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them.

Great place to eat lunch. Very cosy and relaxed. Service is warm and welcoming. We had classical Roman dishes and all very tasty and just what we wanted. Be sure to try appetisers!

I know Rome and I have to say this is one of the old school real Roman resturant left in this city no b.s just great delicious food service very friendly and price so worth it bravo 👍

A rather quiet and nice restaurant in a not very busy street. The dishes were very good. The taste was balanced and the way of arrangement was just right. The service and price were appropriate.

Best restaurant in Rome! The food is phenomenal and the price is more than reasonable for the quality and quantity. The only thing that beats the food is the service. They are kind, professional, and genuine without any of the tourist trap tactics of the restaurants nearby. My first time here was in 2017 and the rest of my family has been coming here for years. I cannot say enough great things about L’orso 80, and the only time we have dinner elsewhere is if they are closed.

15/08/2025: It was our first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we had high expectations. First, regarding the setting, we weren't able to fully enjoy the view, which must be magnificent in summer. The food was good, but it didn't leave us with a lasting impression. The service was a little too rushed, with plates being removed before they were finished. A great experience, but it's not certain that the value for money was the best.
08/08/2025: Likely the best dining experience I've enjoyed. We choose the creative menu featuring imaginative, beautiful and amazingly delicious plates. Dishes celebrate more than just flavor, with combinations of texture and variety of temperatures superimposed in a single bite. Every single member of the staff made us feel welcome. They took interest, shared stories and laughed with us. Book early and request a window view, with a panorama of Rome. Thank you, chef Antonini, for sharing your passion throughout dinner and your gracious tableside greetings.

18/08/2025: Everything was excellent. I've NEVER eaten such tender, flavorful grilled fish, and the shrimp tasted like the sea, not ammonia. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back.
18/08/2025: We had excellent first courses and a very good fried dish. I highly recommend the tonnarelli with cheese, pepper, mint, and shrimp tartare—it was truly delicious.
