Antichi Sapori Palermitani In Palermo

The burger soup stickyola is delicious, but the frittola they gave me as a service is the real deal.

The tripe in the soup has an intense and creamy flavor, and the grilled beef intestine has a delightfully smoky taste. A real insider tip among local restaurants! However, the public transport connections are a bit poor. It's about 20 minutes away by tram (No. 1) or bus from Palermo Central Station. Due to traffic congestion, I recommend taking the tram instead of the bus. You can get off at the "Laudicia" stop.

Located on the sea, it was the first place I ever visited in Sicily, in Palermo. Although from the outside it is not the most beautiful place in the world, it practically looks like a street food, it captured my heart ❤️ incredible kindness ... very clean counter with everything and ... more from meat to fish to fried foods, to a thousand vegetables !!!!! off we go,: Sandwich with spleen (abundant and delicious as hell) bread and panelle, crazy, sardines, sweet and sour pumpkin .... and last but not least the pig's snout ..! A heavenly lunch that I also digested very well. The bill? I'm not even going to mention it because it's ridiculous! Truly fantastic !!!!

A Palermitan acquaintance of mine had recommended this place to me to eat the specialties of this city, to taste I took a few different things like the sandwich with the spleen, a plate of tripe with the other parts that I don't know and another plate with the tongue. All delicious!

Hurry up and go. If you come to Palermo, you should just go here. Are you worried that it's a bit far? No, just go. It's really delicious, and I ate the intestines that I ate here for the first time without any discomfort. The owner's sense is the best!! It was the most delicious food I ate in Sicily. You'll regret it if you miss it.

Un’esperienza di street food che definire eccezionale è riduttivo. Ogni morso racconta la vera anima di Palermo: sapori intensi, ingredienti freschi e preparazioni fedeli alla tradizione. Dalle panelle croccanti al pane con la milza, ogni proposta è un piccolo capolavoro. Il servizio è rapido ma sempre cordiale, con quella simpatia tutta siciliana che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Si percepisce la passione in ogni dettaglio, anche nella semplicità. Una tappa imperdibile per chi vuole vivere Palermo non solo con gli occhi, ma anche — e soprattutto — con il palato. Complimenti davvero!

My favorite place since I was a boy... the Palermo dialect, the education of the kids and the harmony that is created in this small place is something special!!
