Antichi Sapori Palermitani In Palermo

Exceptional!! Want to find EVERYTHING that's truly traditional in Palermo? Then don't bother wandering through markets and chip shops...come here and you'll find it all: delicious food, clean, and at incredibly reasonable prices!! Excellent!! We stopped by before boarding the ferry to Genoa, and we brought our "booty" of spleen bread, bread and panelle, and stugghiole on board...yum!!

Sicilian specialties at truly competitive prices, with fast-food service and restaurant-quality food. Everything we tried was truly delicious, from the stigghiola to the arancini and the musso salad—"humble" dishes, but delicious.

We visited at night, so the surrounding streets were completely deserted, but this place was bustling with people. The staff were very friendly. They asked to see photos, perhaps because they saw a lot of Koreans. The locals were curious and even looked at us. We ordered a set of three: soup, grilled intestines, and a panini. The grilled intestines were similar to grilled tripe... They made me want to eat them wrapped in lettuce. The soup might actually taste the best if you get over the visuals...? It's like oxtail stew, but with a milder broth. The burger was just okay... If you like offal in Korea, you'll love it! However, the walk home at night was a bit rough. ㅜㅜ The bus was delayed for a long time, so I waited endlessly, and the staff came out twice to help me out. (I didn't understand them because they were speaking in Italian, haha. But I was still touched by their kindness!)

I visit them once a year with great pleasure. They're friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Top 5 stars

The perfect place to try many Sicilian specialties, from the spleen sandwich to the caldume, traditional eggplant dishes, breaded caponata, frittatas, and all sorts of sandwiches. We had the one with porchetta and onion, which was delicious, but there were also panelle, stigghiola, and... Fairly priced. Definitely worth a try.

Unfortunately, if you have a northern accent because you've been living there for 20 years but you're still from Palermo, you won't be treated well; I won't be coming back.

Many traditional Palermo dishes that can only be found in Palermo are concentrated in one place. The food is delicious, the price-performance ratio is very good, and the portions are also very generous. As a native Palermo resident, I come here every year for dinner when I'm on vacation. Anyone who wants to try our local fast food cuisine should definitely stop by.

The burger soup stickyola is delicious, but the frittola they gave me as a service is the real deal.

Un’esperienza di street food che definire eccezionale è riduttivo. Ogni morso racconta la vera anima di Palermo: sapori intensi, ingredienti freschi e preparazioni fedeli alla tradizione. Dalle panelle croccanti al pane con la milza, ogni proposta è un piccolo capolavoro. Il servizio è rapido ma sempre cordiale, con quella simpatia tutta siciliana che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Si percepisce la passione in ogni dettaglio, anche nella semplicità. Una tappa imperdibile per chi vuole vivere Palermo non solo con gli occhi, ma anche — e soprattutto — con il palato.
