Antichi Sapori Palermitani In Palermo

Thanks to Baek Jong-won and Meat Man, this place is already quite famous among Koreans, so it seems like they frequent it often. It's as delicious as the rumors say. It's no exaggeration to say that the stiggiola and pamal-i samgyeopsal are the best in Palermo, and other dishes like the offal burger are definitely of high quality, even if some people may not like the offal itself. It smells and tastes exactly like the offal you'd find at a Korean sundae restaurant. Transportation is a bit tricky, but if you're visiting Palermo, make sure to make time to visit. I went two days in a row and ate a ton.

I had the sandwich with panelle and fried eggplant for the first time. Excellent. The panelle were crispy and dry, and the eggplant too. The staff were very friendly. They have everything: caldume, stigghiole, crocche, panino with spleen, mangia e bevi, sfincionello palermitano, various sandwiches, and much more. The atmosphere is clean, simple, but well-kept. You eat standing at the few tables inside and outside, but the place isn't big. Congratulations, I'll be back soon.

Un’esperienza di street food che definire eccezionale è riduttivo. Ogni morso racconta la vera anima di Palermo: sapori intensi, ingredienti freschi e preparazioni fedeli alla tradizione. Dalle panelle croccanti al pane con la milza, ogni proposta è un piccolo capolavoro. Il servizio è rapido ma sempre cordiale, con quella simpatia tutta siciliana che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Si percepisce la passione in ogni dettaglio, anche nella semplicità. Una tappa imperdibile per chi vuole vivere Palermo non solo con gli occhi, ma anche — e soprattutto — con il palato.
