It's truly rare to find places like this: authentic cuisine, with authentic flavors that evoke the tastes of yesteryear, all run by a family with rare courtesy and kindness from days gone by. Truly the TOP, they're excellent in everything.

Highly recommended, this family-run restaurant also boasts excellent pizza. The flavors and textures are just like those you'd find at your grandmother's house. Take advice from Francesco, the friendly host, but everything is delicious. A perfect finish with the fried ricotta and honey cassatella. (The ladies working the tables are incredibly kind and helpful.) The quality/price ratio is extraordinary. Unfortunately, the place is small, so reservations are highly recommended (not ideal for children or strollers, as it's cramped). We'll definitely be back, it's worth it.

A quiet and welcoming place, a traditional trattoria tucked away in the alleys of Castrofilippo's historic center. The four of us sampled several homemade appetizers, two pizzas, and a schiacciata: everything was delicious and prepared with authentic simplicity. The four-cheese pizza, while flavorful, was a bit too oily. The atmosphere is pleasant and familiar; I recommend visiting especially on weekdays, when the service is more attentive and quick, while on weekends the place tends to fill up quickly.

A very nice place and atmosphere with a lovely little terrace lined with fairy lights. The food is delicious, and the owner is happy to let you taste his local specialties. We loved everything, even the house wine 😊 Would definitely do it again. Reservations recommended.
