As soon as you arrive you notice the large car park and the old-fashioned place. Upon entering, it is very welcoming, warm, the walls of the room are beautiful and original, the exposed beams used for the ceiling go very well with the walnut-colored furniture. The idea of ​​the menu is very nice, a blackboard that the waiters pass between one table and another with the dishes of the day written on it. Among other things, while you wait for the menu, a small aperitif is served with crostini and black olive pâté accompanied by two bubbles. The menu is quite varied, obviously Piedmontese based. The caramelized onion and castelmagno pie is really good and tasty, even the peppers with bagna cauda are delicate and good. The first courses are excellent, orecchiette with ragù and agnolotti, good, rich and well made. The dessert ends on a high note, the Tartatin is excellent, with the addition of a scoop of ice cream it becomes an excellent ending to dinner. At the end of the dinner, a very friendly waiter serves us the classic cicchettino paired with our dessert to enjoy it to the fullest. Then we move towards the cash register, and here we discover the waiter who served us the liquor, the one who also appears under the heading of owner. A person who loves his job, (impossible not to notice) and people. He has a very genuine but friendly way of doing things, he is the beating heart of the place but also the liveliest part. A beautiful discovery.
